GoogleI have been a tenant of a property managed by city living London for 3 years. Every time I have had a problem or something to be fixed, they have taken action very quickly and effectively. Personnel is also very friendly and polite.

GoogleMoney scalping company. Small room for such expensive price. Extra unnecessary expensive charge for small things like ‘locked outside’ for 70 pounds, Monthly electricity for 1 person is 90 pounds, etc. Responsive staff though, staffs are mostly competent. Just the price tag of anything from this estate company are RIDICULOUS.
Dear MC, Would you please contact our head office and advise which property you occupied so we can deal with your recent review comments in detail and respond appropriately, although please also note: You say within your recent on-line review “Small room for such expensive price” although we do not understand why you would make such a comment as of course all tenancy agreements are signed by tenants and agreed once each tenant has inspected and agreed to rent the property ? Therefore please advise why you have posted such a comment ? and if you did believe this is correct why you agreed to rent a flat if you thought it was an “expensive price” ? You say “Extra unnecessary expensive charge for small things like ‘locked outside’ for 70 pounds” although we do not agree £70.00 to send a person to the property “out of hours” where a tenant left the keys inside the flat is expensive. If you research this you will find £70.00 for an out of hours call out in London is in fact very reasonable. I would also confirm there is no charge during office hours for borrowing spare keys when keys are collected from our head office. You also say “Monthly electricity for 1 person is 90 pounds” although please note where this applies (i.e. where some smaller flats do not have their own electric meters) fixed electricity charges are never higher than £45pcm so it would not be possible for you to be paying £90pcm. I would also confirm all set utility charges, where applicable, are clearly detailed before tenants sign tenancy agreements and these set utility costs form part of the monthly payments and are fully disclosed and explained before tenancy agreements are signed. In light of this please advise why you have posted this comment on-line ? Regards

GoogleI have rented a flat from city living London. I haven’t got ant issues with them. Sebastian, Julia, Hadi all are very helpful.even if I have any problem about house stuff they sorted it out very quickly. I highly recommend this estate agent. Thanks for everything

GoogleIn worse experience in my life , I lived in 110 Finborough road for 9 months, but agency charged me 483£ from my deposit and I did disagree them case went to dps . After 2 months adjudicator made a decision and gave me back my money. Dudgy and liar agent
Hello Sahar, we are sorry to hear you feel this way. We have checked your account and in fact what you say is untrue, the claims made from your deposit were upheld by the DPS after arbitration, on the basis that you were in breach of the terms of your tenancy agreement. We do not take pleasure in making claims from tenants’ deposits however when a property is left damaged beyond wear and tear due to subletting, when it is not left in a clean and tidy state upon a tenant vacating and when the locks are changed without the landlord’s permission, they are within their rights to claim accordingly. Our records show someone with your name rented a property through us back in 2014 on a short term basis and we have looked back in our systems and we have been able to find a few small maintenance issues raised that were dealt with in a timely manner and a one off leak from the flat upstairs which was also dealt with in a timely manner so we are surprised to read your negative comments below. We also do not understand why if you felt you had unresolved issues you waited 6 years to give a negative review of our company? Google5/5 This must be the warmest & friendliest letting team in London! Testament to that is how long I've stayed with them; with none of the problems often heard with other letting agencies. A colleague I recommended them to also had a similar positive experience. If you're a professional looking to rent at a reasonable rate in the best parts of town then you have to give City Living London a call.

FacebookWe have rented with City Living London for the past year, having been renters for multiple years, these guys were the best landlords we've had. Extremely quick with responses and fixing any issues, honest, flexible and friendly. Unlike many previous landlords we've had, CLL didn't try to rip us off with our deposit at the end of the tenancy. 10/10 would recommend.

GoogleReally smooth transaction. Needed two things sorted in the flat on the day I was moving and they managed to sort out the situation in less than 2 hours. Would recommend to anyone if you are looking for a reliable agency in the crazy London housing market.
