Just completed my three month introduction period. Can highly recommend Cinch. Facilities excellent, good opening hours especially as out of hours. Is 6am to 11pn. Amazing and helpful staff as well with Hafijur, Mollie and Aaron always on hand to assist.Dave Pearce

NEVER AGAIN - WHY TAKE THE RISK - USE SOMEONE ELSEOn recommendation KF, I commissioned this company as house removers, to remove my property from my house in Hamburg. Since I had not secured a house, my property went in to storage.The pick up took longer than expected, and I had to pay extra for a safe, which was too heavy and damaged my house steps. Once my property was removed, the price for horrendously high storage insurance was revealed by Max - massively expensive. After nearly 18 months my property was delivered. Many items were lost including a blood red single seat leather Chesterfield, a kärcher high pressure water cleaner, Samsung LED TV box, Kingsize Duvet and cover etc. Many items had been damaged including a historic glass domed Wellington skeleton clock, a solid sculpture, my model plane wing, my desk door ripped off its hinge etc. Over Easter Richard had no empathy, telling me that "there was nothing more in storage". In fact another 3 deliveries were made. It appears that Richard "does not know his job".CINCH have not fully explained how so much has been lost and damaged. It appears they forgot simply which rooms they had stored my property - incredible !Richard denies any responsibility, and has been very flippant, shirty, arrogant and dismissive. Myself and my wife were extremely distressed, angered and disappointed and ruined both our Easter and my Birthday. This company has no commercial , no quality certificate and is not a member of the Removers Ombudsman scheme.With so many alternatives - why take a risk ?NEVER EVER AGAIN
