Nijole called ahead to make sure I could still make the moving in date, to assist with speeding up any documentation preparation that would be required. Very helpful to explain where everything was, how to use the equipment and most importantly that my access was working. :)

Friendly staff and a straightforward reservation process. The security/code system was well explained on move in day and we were able to change to a unit on the ground floor which made it easy to move our belongings in. The storage unit itself was also clean and secure (Newbury).
