First class customer service for Cinch Newbury

First class customer service for the team at Newbury. Still lots or work going on to get the new site up and running but our drive up store was perfect. Really helpful staff, polite and take the time to know who we are. Well done 👍

I used Cinch storage for the first time…

I used Cinch storage for the first time to temporarily store furniture. I found the staff to be extremely, helpful, knowledgable. I was impressed by the flexibility provided by this facility ( for instance I needed more storage space than first thought, so a bigger storage unit was provided straight away). The staff offered advice and answered all the questions I had. The price for storage was very reasonable, and I would have no hesitation in using this storage facility again. Thank you.

Very friendly and flexible

Friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. I was able to upgrade to a larger unit hassle-free when I needed more space. The site feels very secure, and I was able to rest easy knowing my possessions were safe. We were even given a cup of tea while we were loading our van!

I will highly recommend this self storage. Excellent customer services from Rob. He is very friendly and helpful. Every thing went very smooth. He offered me a very good price for 100 sf storage. They gave me a free van on my moving day. You will get evething you needed on the day of you move.

Friendly helpful staff

Friendly helpful staff, easy location, clean premises with lots of trolleys and free use of the van for moving our belongings. Couldn't have been better. Your staff were exemplary and couldn't have been nicer to us.

Good storage option

Good storage option. My gripe I have is the access period which are only out of office hours by special request. It would be helpful to access from 8am to 7pm as standard.

amazing service

They offered an amazing service at such a reasonable price. I used the half price for 8 weeks offer and they were so helpful with choosing the correct unit for what I needed over the phone. Thank you very much Cinch storage for helping me, at a stressful and exciting time. I would not hesitate to use your service again. Clean and professional.

I can't recommend Cinch storage Letchworth enough. Lauren and Becky got me into an emergency storage unit at extremely short notice and took all the stress out of the entire experience for me. They were kind, attentive and caring whilst remaining professional at all times. A true credit to Cinch and I can't thank them enough!

My first time of using a storage unit and Mark and Lisa at the southend branch were extremely helpful with all my queries/questions.They showed me several units as I wasn’t sure of what size I required and it’s easier to visualise when you are actually in that space.Nothing was too much trouble and I highly recommend

Andrew and Paul at the Chippenham store…

Andrew and Paul at the Chippenham store are excellent ambassador's for the Cinch brand, extremely friendly and helpful. Units are very clean. Although the out of hours access appears a bit daunting, once done its actually very easy and useful to have rather than a defined set of hours.
