TrustpilotAndrew and Paul at the Chippenham store…
Andrew and Paul at the Chippenham store are excellent ambassador's for the Cinch brand, extremely friendly and helpful. Units are very clean. Although the out of hours access appears a bit daunting, once done its actually very easy and useful to have rather than a defined set of hours.

Trustpilot5 star experience and service
Used the Letchworth branch for a storage unit whilst we were in between houses. Really great experience! We looked around a few places and compared prices etc and this one was the best value for money. Super friendly, accommodating staff who always remember your name when you pop in. Had no issues, super smooth experience and 5 star service!
