I've rented space at Cinch (previously The Secure Store) for nearly 6 years now. In the last year things at Cinch have gone from strength to strength. I run my business from a secure unit where a key is stored safely in the office and delivery's are placed neatly inside ready for loading and collections. I can now have all of my parcels delivered directly to Cinch so have piece of mind that they are stored safely and means I can carry on with my every day business rather than waiting at home.A1 Service from all staff members, its a pleasure loading up for a days work. Always greeted with a smile, good morning or quick chat. Nothing is too much trouble. 5 Stars every time.Jon All 4 Floors Ltd

Cinch are a fantastic storage facility for whatever you need. They have a range of unit sizes & are extremely secure. No-one can get in or out of the facility without entering a code number, which I really appreciated. I'm actually quite sad that I don't need the extra space any more! The staff are very helpful & are always on hand to sort out any problems or queries. Highly recommended.

Great experience at Cinch Chippenham

I recently used Cinch Chippenham for storing some furniture and I couldn't be happier with my experience. Andrew the manager was friendly, helpful and made the entire process easy and stress-free. The rental process was straightforward and the price was competitive. The facility was incredibly clean and well-maintained and the range of units will suit many needs along with it being extremely secure. We initially rented a room at Cinch in Chippenham, but upon delivery of our goods it was apparent it wasn’t going to fit as units had been pre built. Paul there was amazing and worked with us in finding a bigger room with no fuss or hassle at all. He made the experience so much better and took the hassle right out of it. We would definitely recommend using Cinch Storage in Chippenham.

Flexible, Solution-Focused Storage from Friendly and Helpful People

We needed somewhere to store large items of furniture when selling the family home. Andy from Cinch has been brilliant. The answer to every question has been "yes" and the key word describing our experience has been "flexibility". If, when we move everything in, our chosen unit isn't quite big enough, they'll find us a bigger one or put some of the excess items into a smaller unit etc. Basically, they will find a solution. The team has been helpful, friendly, and very Covid-aware in these difficult times so thank you.

I had a brilliant experience storing my belongings for a few weeks and then renting their big van to move it to my new house. The staff are all incredible friendly and helpful. We had a little misunderstanding about the van and they went out of their way to find a solution which was really appreciated. The prices were reasonable too so I'd definitely use them again! :)
