GoogleSeemed very reasonable and well meaning but utterly failed to find tenants over 6 weeks of looking - we went elsewhere a were successful within 3 days. Not sure what happened.

Bad experience with one of their agents, poor communication led to multiple problems once the tenancy commenced. Very little support in resolving the resulting issues.

Initial screening and referencing process is long, absurd and demeaning for the tenant, lacking any kind of empathy. The tenant has no rights whatsoever, only obligations. Avoid!
