Working with Stav and Chestertons has been such a quick and easy experience, that allowed us to find our dream flat. We were looking for a while and couldn’t find anything in our price range, that was to the standard we wanted, but Stav swooped in saved the day! He was there for any questions we had which was very comforting, and acted quickly and efficiently through out the whole process.

The entire process was so seem less and smooth. Great service by Aiste and she took care of everything starting from arranging the viewing , negotiating, getting contract ready and so on.I would totally recommend to all friends and family over here in London to start using Chesterton services if they are not doing it already.

We found them reliable and professional throughout and communication was excellent, which was particularly important for us as we had had a bad experience with another firm before moving to Chestertons. They generated a great deal of interest and we were very happy with the price that was achieved. We particularly appreciated Malachi's support through the sale process and would definitely recommend.

GoogleAwful renting experience. Make sure you rent throught an agent who will actually ‘manage’ the property and perform a check-in inventory. This will avoid headaches at check-out when delusional landlords will make claims on the deposit. Now having to raise a dispute with the insured scheme and looking at several months’ wait to see my money back.

Worst agency to deal with!They are completely unprofessional!!! They try to be nice before you sign the contract and afterwards they never get anything fixed and never call you back. I have been in the apartment for more than 2 months now and still they haven't fixed the issues I reported in the first week of moving in.I would really advice you don't rent with them!
