GoogleWe marketed our property through chestertons after having been on the market with other agents in Barnes. Chestertons east sheen were professional and had good time keeping. They communicated well throughout the sales process. During the pandemic we lost a buyer who was furloughed and they pursued every possible option with us and the buyer to make the sale work so we felt they had acted excellently as agents for us. In the end the sale was lost due to furlough and our property rented out bu chestertons rental team within 1week! After the tenancy completed another buyer was introduced with a competitive offer and the sale was conducted smoothly and professionally by Henry and overseen by Matthew. Chestertons in East Sheen picked up all the pieces and I cannot express my thanks for such a SMOOTH, PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIVE AND THOUGHTFUL APPROACH to the sale of my property. Both Sarah and Henry have always been on hand to answer questions and give advice. They "held my hand" all the way and made me feel very supported. The office as a whole is managed extremely well and the phones are always answered. They followed the process through all the way, keeping in touch with everyone in the chain, including all the solicitors, and ensured that it stayed on track to a successful conclusion for everyone. Fabulous attention to detail and always willing to help when needed. From my offer being accepted I moved house within 9 weeks and this would not have happened if the team at Chestertons hadn’t been so pro-active.

GoogleWe moved into a beautiful house earlier this year and Chestertons manage the house on behalf of the property owner (we rent). We have had nothing but a positive experience from them. The previous tenant of the house left it in a state, blinds were broken, rubbish pilled up outside, broken furniture left in the property and the house was left dirty. Within days of us notifying Chestertons, all the issues had been resolved and to a high quality standard. The staff are friendly and are always quick to respond to any emails or queries. As a renter in London, its your worst nightmare to have a below standard landlord. I would definitely recommend Chestertons as they have been the best agency we've experienced and are quick to respond.
