GoogleI couldn’t speak more highly of the sales team at Chestertons in East Sheen. A cohesive team who worked hard to secure the sale of our property and purchase of another. The process was not without hiccups, and although that was not within their control, Henry, Sarah and Matthew pulled out all of the stops to ensure the chain didn’t fall apart. I’m not sure that would have been the case with lesser agents! They were all extremely personable and a pleasure to work with.

GoogleChestertons acted for me on the recent sale of my flat in East Sheen. Throughout, I was very impressed with the experience within the team and the personable service offered. This helped secure offers in what remains a challenging market. The sale itself became very complex, with a number of challenging stakeholders, and Sarah played a critical role in chasing the various parties, trying to find creative solutions to some of the issues we encountered and generally going above and beyond her role to make the sale happen. I'm confident that we wouldn't have closed the sale in the timeframe without her input which was very helpful and which we were very grateful for. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Chestertons for your sale in East Sheen. A very competent team who care about your property move.

GoogleI recently exchanged on the sale of a flat through Chestertons East Sheen. They weren't the first agents I engaged to sell the property, and I switched agents hoping for a more personal and active service. I wasn't disappointed. Chesterton's marketed the property pro-actively rather than just posting online and crossing their fingers. They quickly found a buyer, and Sarah expertly guided the transaction through the stages of surveys, searches and solicitors to reach a sale. This was not always a simple process and I was very impressed with the way Sarah handled all the twists and turns, keeping me and the buyer continually informed to preserve confidence. I would highly recommend Chestertons East Sheen to potential buyers and sellers, and will certainly use their and Sarah's services again.

GoogleChestertons were hungry for our business and gave us a competitive rate, as a result they performed well and secured a buyer. Sarah Heavens-Lang was professional and diplomatic in her handling of both parties.

GoogleSarah Heavens-Lang was an excellent point of contact for us and Chestertons continued to manage the completion of our purchase seamlessly despite COVID disruptions.

GoogleWe turned to Chestertons after a failed attempt to sell our house thru a small local agent. I was initially worried about using one of the big agencies but was pleasantly surprised to find that this office is made up of nice, normal people who don't try and give you the big sell. Sarah and Andrew on the sales side were helpful and although we weren't able to sell, they gave me honest and helpful feedback. We ended up using Stephen O'Connell on the lettings team who is an expert in the area. We had an offer and signed tenancy agreement in a week. Of all the East Sheen agencies, I would put Chestertons at the top for their knowledge of the area and excellent customer service.

GoogleKate Bennett at the East Sheen branch was really friendly, professional and super efficient. I had my heart set on a property in Kew Gardens but there were a few negotiations to be made between myself and the landlord, these were handled really quickly and I was in within a few weeks. It was a stress-free experience which was really appreciated, as it was just before lockdown!

GoogleSarah and Matthew helped us find the perfect new home and guided us through the process of buying, supporting us at every stage of the process, which can be particularly stressful right now with the housing market being very busy with the stamp duty concession expiring soon. With their support we went from offer to completion in under 8 weeks. Thank you!

GoogleSarah Heavens-Lang I felt Sarah would understand the market for our house and she knew the neighbourhood was special. I felt she was confident in the busy but complicated market in late 2020. By listening to our concerns, the team at Chestertons were helpful and reliable and caring. We would recommend their expertise in SW14 and they deserve their good reputation.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe recent purchased a property through Chestertons and had the pleasure of dealing with Henry Moloney. From the search through to the completion he went above and beyond what we could have hoped for and made us feel comfortable and well informed throughout the entire process. GoogleWe have been extremely happy with the service from Chestertons from start to finish. Everyone was extremely helpful, professional and positive. We came to Chestertons after having a negative experience with a different agency and were delighted with the service we received from Chestertons. They even read our meters after we left and made excellent recommendations to us for services we needed. We would highly recommend them!
