We had an excellent experience with Sarah Heavens-Lang from Chestertons East Sheen. We had been looking at various properties in the area but were never quite ready to put ours on the market.. Sarah gave us excellent advice which helped us decide to take the plunge. She was fantastic throughout our sale and found several motivated buyers for our property. She also provided great local knowledge and advice on our onward purchase and was available throughout the entire process. I very much doubt it would have been so smooth without her commitment and diligence! A huge thank you to Sarah and the rest of the Chestertons team!! Following the notice from previous tenants, Alex Wazey and Maya Smith from Chesterton’s Sheen immediately got to work. We sold our property through Chesterton's recently and they were great through the process. Tim gave great advice on marketing the property and adjusting our strategy once it hit the market. He was supportive when we had offers come in, then kept the conveyancing process moving, keeping in touch with solicitors for both sides making it a very smooth process. We did the sale remotely and Tim made the communication easy, either making himself available at odd hours or following up with comprehensive emails. I would strongly recommend Chestertons if you are selling a house in the East Sheen area!

I was searching for a peppery couple weeks and dealt with different estate agents who has wasted my time however my experience With Chesterton is completely different, Tushar has managed to show us 2 nice properties and finalized the entire proceed in less than 3 working days! No words to disturb how professional Tushar and his colleague Lydia is! Just to mention Tushar is very friendly, Honest and supportive. It was a pleasure dealing with Chestertons’ east sheen office.
