GoogleChestertons provided us with prompt, customer focused, high quality service, during the letting of our apartment in Barnes. Edward Rice and his team were particularly adept at collating all our concerns and addressing them in the addendum to the agreement. The performance is commendable.

GoogleEd Rice was the letting agent for a flat we moved into recently. He was delightful to work with - very reactive and always got back to us within hours.

GoogleIf I could give 10 stars I would, i viewed many properties with Edward Rice, he was always on time, well presented and could answer every question I had. He helped me find the perfect home for my family, and was always available to talk through the whole offer process and worked extremely hard in making sure everything went smoothly, I would highly recommend his services. My family and I appreciate all his hard work and effort. Thanks for everything. Jackie

GoogleWe recently (May 2019) acquired a cottage in Little Chelsea where Marnia, Chris and the Chestertons Barnes team were acting as agents for the seller. Throughout the process (all new to us as first-time buyers) they were a pleasure to work with: transparent, professional, communicative, polite and super efficient. We went from accepted offer to exchange in under a month, which would not have been possible without their proactive organisation. I would definitely appoint them if / when I come to sell in the area and would recommend them highly to friends. Thank you to the team! Best rgds, Mike & Nicky

GoogleMy husband and I have recently sold our property in Barnes through Chesterton’s. There are no words to express our gratitude to Chris, Marnia and Stuart. Those guys have been absolutely fantastic in guiding us through the whole process and acting in our best interest. We simply couldn’t recommend them highly enough. They have always been extremely professional and at the same time friendly and supportive. Communication was excellent, they always kept us in the loop and they were available to answer our questions and understanding our needs. All the team has excellent sector knowledge and despite very challenging market conditions, they achieved for us an excellent price in a more than reasonable timescale. They are definitely the most honest real estate we have ever dealt with!

GoogleIt was a difficult sale in the peak of Brexit and also Chestertons were new to the area and building a client base. However, as they say, all it takes is the one and thats what Chesterton's were able to provide - a strong, good quality sale to a genuine purchaser. Where Chestertons really showed how great they are was having a sales associate like Marnia with excellent work ethic, who was dedicated from sale through to completion, never taking her eye off the ball. We honestly believe it if wasn't for her dealing the other solicitors and agents through the chain it could have fallen apart. It was important to her to achieve a positive outcome for us and our buyer and she implemented it perfectly.

GoogleDuring the summer , Chestertons Barnes dealt with the rental of our house in an impeccable and extremely professional way. Form the initial meeting and briefing with Mr Chris Carney, to the viewings with Ms Sarah Smith , and finally to delicate negotiations and the finalising of the contract, , the team was outstanding. Adding to that the fact that our tenants are wonderful, we can only highly recommend Chestertons , Chris Carney and the whole team in Barnes.

GoogleI had the absolute pleasure of meeting Alex and Molly in the last month who were without a doubt the most professional, helpful and all around lovely estate agents I came across and I did genuinely have viewings with every other agency in the area. I will 100 percent be giving them a call if I'm ever looking again in the future!

GoogleMy wife and I have recently dealt with Chestertons in relation to the lease of a house in Barnes. The agent with whom we predominantly liaised was an impressive young go-getter, Edward Rice. Ed was polite, thorough and attentive, and responded to questions and correspondence extremely promptly, throughout the whole process. We would recommend the use of Ed's services to anyone seeking to let their property in the Barnes area. Maria and Andrew

GoogleChestertons recently sold our house in Barnes and we could not be more impressed with the work of Chris Carney, the branch director who did the appraisal, and Richard Reichwald who handled the actual sale. They were professional and worked with both us as the sellers as well as the buyers to conclude a successful transaction. We cannot commend them more highly.PositiveProfessionalism
