Chesterton's recently completed an executors' sale for us in Barnes. Despite very challenging market conditions they achieved a solid price in a good timescale. Chris, Stuart and the team were always responsive and sensitive to the interests of the various stakeholders involved in the sale. They were also very tuned into market conditions and adapted their marketing strategy to reflect feedback from prospective buyers, market research, and so on.

When I decided to put my house on the market, I had a few estate agents to choose from, but in the end I went with this Chestertons office. The agents were friendly and professional in their work. The office seemed to have allocated an agent (Richard) to personally look after my sale. I had a number of viewings and surveys, and one of the agents would always attend. The house was sold within 2 months, and I'd like to thank Chestertons for all their help to lessen the stress of moving home.

Renting a property in London at this moment is very hard. We had experienced several estate agents on our journey to find a new family home, all with little to zero success. However this changed when we contacted Chesterstons in Barnes. Our agent- Zoe Birch, was reliable, honest and communicative through the whole process. From our first phone conversation and first tour around a property, to our eventual offer being excepted and tenancy agreements being signed. No individual agent has worked harder and shown more commitment to a potential tenant than her and we will be eternally grateful for everything she has done in finding my family a new home.
