I dealt with Jessica Wilson while trying to find a property to rent. She had a tough job as not only was she dealing with a tough rental market but also an older person who hadn't rented for years. She was informative and listened patiently and thoughtfully to all my needs which resulted in me renting the first house I viewed!! She then literally held my hand through the whole process answering numerous phone calls, always sounding cheerful, on how to fill in all the necessary forms. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I dealt with Jessica Wilson in Barnes, finding her attentive, considerate and courteous in all her interactions with us. It's never easy being a go-between between two parties, but Jess did it with modesty and humour and was always constructive, which was all very welcome. The Chesterton systems also surprised me by being so up to date and effective, though I would say that some of their sub-contractors need to be whipped into shape a bit further. All in all, this was a great experience.

From organising the viewing to walking us through the process of putting down a deposit and moving in, Zoe made a complete breeze.
