Quick response and usually find good tenants.But, when it comes to maintenance - lack of contractors - usually only appoint 1 contractor to quote. And this 1 contractor usually only provide 1 choice and 1 quote for any replacement of electrical or house repairs matter. Not an advantage to landlord cos we don't have a choice and usually contractor quoted expensive brands/ products/workmanship.

Great experience with Chase Evans Property Management. Our Senior Lettings Negotiator, Raymond, was fantastic throughout the whole contract process. He was professional and quick to respond to any questions we had. Our Property Manager, Alaster, has also been excellent. I'm a tenant and I found it easy to notify them of issues using the online portal. Sharlene Richards (South Property Management) promptly contacted me, and arranged for work to be done on the issues. When my landlord was slow to approve, she chased them up, and the work was done immediately after.
