Abhijit has assisted me in renewing the existing tenancy of my flat in the Docklands. I like his style of negotiation throughout the whole process. He knows how to manage my expectation. He did not push for anything. At the end he gave me a pleasant surprise , a win win situation for both the tenant and the landlord and of course for him as well for having a job well done !

My experience with Chase Evans has been excellent since I began renting with them in 2021. This year, renewing my contract with Camille has been streamlined and amazing. In a city like London, where finding properties and agents who provide value is extremely difficult, I consider myself fortunate to have found both. Everything was done swiftly, within hours and minutes, with attention to detail and great communication. My needs, requirements and concerns were listened to and addressed. I also wanted to test that I had the right account by first sending a small sum, and she was patient and understanding about that too. My experience with chase Evans was perfect. From securing the property to leaving I felt the staff made everything as easy as possible, trying to make it as swift as they could. My property manager Max Watson was also very helpful, during my time at the property he would really quickly respond to any issues I had and resolve them as fast as he could. I would definitely recommend using chase evans simply based on customer service alone.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ginny Pattni of Chase Evans during my home search in London. I cannot recommend her highly enough. As a foreign buyer, I have very limited knowledge about the local properties and the nearby environment. Ginny found me really excellent properties which is lovely and HIDDEN GEMS in London. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable of the property, facilities, restaurants and shops in this community, but also genuinely attentive and responsive to our needs. She made great efforts to arrange a viewing for us with the presence of the home owner so that we would interact with the owner, asking as much as questions we have and get a full picture of the property and the living environment. I have been renting a property managed by Chase Evans for more than a year now. Experience has been really great and seamless so far. My property manager, Aurora Li, is always prompt in resolving any issues with the flat and responds to queries with a great sense of urgency. To give an example, recently I noticed an issue with plumbing, Aurora organised a contractor to look into this the same day I reported the issue.

After I let one of the agent know that I’m happy about the deduction of my safety deposit after the checkout. She sent me an email asking me to give her five stars review and mention her name. I didn’t think her service was up to it and I didn’t want to be rude so I decided not to give her any review. However there has been six emails or more spamming me with the same messages asking for the reviews going on for a few weeks. Which is very disturbing so I have decided to write this review. It’s way too spamming and demanding. Other positive reviews with this agent name is not flagged however mine is when it’s a negative review. Now I need to edit her name out but I will make sure to send chase evans about the amount of spamming emails she has sent me.

I’m a landlord residing outside of the UK and Chase Evans have been proactive in managing my property in London for a few years now.Peter Burgon and Antonino Ranno, has done exceptional jobs with managing renewals and contracts, always listening to my instructions and also providing good excellent market judgment and advice. Also Kimberly Fernandes at Chase Evans recently resolved a simple maintenance solution with my tenant, rather than instantly booking a contractor as a protocol. I’m pleased Kimberly was proactive.
