They do not fullfil the commitments Very Difficult to get any response from them Not transparent with tennats It has been 2 months since we left previous apartment and they have not settled our deposit yet. They are so careless. We gave them professuprofes cleaned apartment, with no damage and in much better cobditcon then it was given to us but still they are not releasing our deposit and also giving no reason. Pathetic agency. Will not recommend to anyone

GoogleThe way this agency does their works is pretty ridiculous. I had a viewing appointment and when I got there, I was told that they couldn't check it with the current tenant so I went back home straight away. Could they not check it in advance and tell me before I left my place? Similar thing happened several weeks later; I had a viewing appointment for another property, and the agent, without telling me, made me view another property, which was above my budget, as the one I was supposed to view had been taken. Lastly, unsurprisingly, the agent didn't show up at the property when I had a viewing appointment. I didn't even bother to call, got home and got a call from him saying that he forgot. Unbelievable.

GoogleWhen we moved in we found several negative surprises: the flat cleaned only superficially, dirty carpets and cockroaches on the kitchen floor! Plus some other smaller issues. Really a bad beginning. We complained but after almost 2 months we had to solve these problems by ourselves. They just keep delaying. Just to be clear: the professional cleaning is in the agreement. I guess that this depends also on the landlady, but anyway, be careful in dealing with them: before moving in, check if they really cleaned the house, don't trust their word. I'm modifying my first review, which was positive.

GoogleContinued dissatisfaction with another agent was the incentive to search out a local agent, with a physical presence close to the property being disposed of. The choice of Chase Evans was spot on. From initial enquiry to completion, I have not been disappointed with their level of Service and Professionalism. Despite challenging market conditions, Allan Henderson secured us several offers, and negotiated the best of these up by £20k, enabling us to close a deal very quickly. I would not hesitate recommending Chase Evans and look forward to dealing with them again as other portfolio properties become available.
