Had two property managers with chase evans and both been very helpful. On the other hand, their negotiator is probably below the average of the industry, shows not interest in negotiating, simply answering no all the time.

GoogleRenting a property with them was fast and easy, most of the process can be done online without a lot of hassle. It was very efficient in fact. But after moving in, it will be hard to hear back from them : I have terrible answer time when we want maintenance or change related to the contract. Even when you call, the right person is never there, delaying even more the issue we have. So don't think about an after-service. Overall I find their service very unacceptable, any fee paid is already too much.

GoogleIncredibly poor customer service. Only reason why this is 1 star is because I cant go any lower. From day 1 of moving in, there is no communication from them whatsoever. Had chased them multiple times just to get a inventory report but never received anything. In the end got tired of it and had to receive it from the landlord. The prices are so extortionate for the poor level of service provided it's an absolute joke. And some of them not even mentioned in the contract - ie checkout inventory cost. Will do everything possible at the end of the tenancy to cut money out of your deposit. Despite paying hefty amount to professional clean, to get the flat cleaner than the condition we received in, we were charged again as "it wasnt up to their standard" Would suggest to refrain from using Chase Evans at any cost! Much better agents around!
