BEWARE of Chase Evans. Already during our tenancy (4.5 years) they've always been slow and unresponsive. Once we our tenancy ended, they stopped (almost) any contact with us and haven't yet returned our deposit after 3 months of us leaving the property. They say it takes up to 10 weeks for the deposit to be returned (which isn't industry standard at all). I checked and saw that the deposit is not covered under the deposit scheme after 3 months, which means they're trying scam people, hoping that they won't be able to claim their deposit back with the deposit scheme. Now we have to report them to the Ombudsman and go through Mydeposit to try and get our money back. Unnecessary stress and hassle. Oh, goes without saying that all our calls/emails have been ignored. Dishonest and completely unprofessional! AVOID!

My experience with Chase Evans so far has been very positive. Right from beginning of my house search, the agent that helped me in finding my home to the team who processed the contract and now the dedicated property manager Roman Radaev. I hope it stays this way, the team does a wonderful job. This review is particularly about my property manager who is always very prompt and responsive, constantly follows up with the landlord to ensure things are sorted and always makes it a point to give me updates on my requests. He is very helpful and his responsiveness gives the comfort that you can reach out anytime you need. He makes sure to arrange the services to get it done as soon as possible.
