Had a great experience with Chase Evans. Especially I have big respect for our property manager Kimberly Fernandes and East Property Management. Our wiring and light issue has been fixed super fast and in general the agency always very helpful and nice. I do recommend them.

they still trying to delay payment of rental overpay payment, imagine that we left the flat on the 15/06/23, beside i wonder how much that will take to receive back the deposit, this is the last week we waiting, if not we will give this case to the lawyer

Great experience with Chase Evans Property Management. Our Senior Lettings Negotiator, Raymond, was fantastic throughout the whole contract process. He was professional and quick to respond to any questions we had. Our Property Manager, Alaster, has also been excellent. We reported maintenance issues and he was able to get the team to investigate and fix the problems within 2 days.

I'm a tenant and I found it easy to notify them of issues using the online portal. Sharlene Richards (South Property Management) promptly contacted me, and arranged for work to be done on the issues. When my landlord was slow to approve, she chased them up, and the work was done immediately after.

Landlords will be landlords, but every experience I had with Chase Evans in my 3 and half years of renting with them was both prompt and professional. This was especially true in any interaction I had with my property manager (Max Qian) who was always incredibly quick to reply to any queries with clear, helpful and articulate responses.
