Good Service but very very expensive amongst the london agencies ! You have to pay almost 309-400£ as agency fees when you move in apart form deposit and advance rent!The real story comes when you move out ! They have a 3rd party inventory checkout provider that gives too detailed checkout report that identifies very very minimal issues and you are charged atleast half of your deposit. They generally negotiate and deduct atleast 1/4th of deposit instead of half the deposit ! They also recommend a very expensive end of tenancy cleaner who charges atleast 150£ more than the market price. It’s an expensive affair to move in and move out with chase evans !! However they provide good service & maintenance throughout ! If you are a landlord go with them as their policies are very landlord friendly! But being a tenant, go with them only if you can afford them !

We have a very good team of staff who make sure everything is on track and meet our requirements. Colin Bremner working in HK is excellent, he was very helpful and very efficient. The UK team included our property manager Kean Diao & Adam James had solved many problems for us and make us worry free. We appreciate Madison Feng's assistance recently in rental negotiation with our tenants and in coordinating the work with his team. Thank you.

My experience with Chase Evans was extremely negative. I called to try and arrange viewing on a property. I was booking in for the next day but requested if I could go that evening. I was told I would get a call back. I didn't receive any call back so I had to follow up. When the agent finally got hold of my he thought I was another person and accidently revealed that he was at the property and had arranged another viewing. He said he would send me a video and I requested that I be sent an offer form as I was happy to put in an offer without seeing the premises. He neither sent me a video nor sent me the offer form. I called again two hours later and he asked if he could call me back. He never called me back. When I called the next morning I was told the property had already been let from the viewing the previous evening. They did not call me to tell me this or cancel the viewing I had late that day. If I had not called I would have left work to attend the viewing. The agent did not give us a fair chance to put an offer in on the property and was extremely unprofessional promising to send me emails and call me but then ignoring me.

My overall experience with Chase Evans has been positive. From the moment I saw the property for the first time until the contract signature, I felt the process was pretty smooth and transparent.Yet, I felt that a sort of an onboarding process to the property would have been helpful other than having to discover things on my own with a here is your keys and that is it, sort of thing. Since moving in, I have had quite a bad experience with my first property manager, due to the lack of response and transparency regarding issues already in place when I moved to the property, but also due to a certain lack of kindness.Yet, since I was assigned to Catarina Camacho as a property manager, there is nothing negative I can think of about her. She has been super kind, attentive and has genuinely tried to address any minor issues I have had with the property as quickly as possible. In contrast with the first property manager, there was a feeling that my issues/concerns were actually being attended to.My rating of her and the initial viewing to contract signature process would definitely be 5 stars bue due to the first property manager experience, I have given the overall service 4 stars.
