GoogleI asked Chancellors to value my property with a view to selling. They came back promptly with a fair and realistic valuation and presented me with 2 credible offers to buy in a fairly short period of time. The whole process was handled extremely professionally by Enna-Mae Assiter who was always helpful and calm throughout.

GoogleA faultless service from Tyrone Anthony to re-let my flat. Good advice on initial marketing and a focus on meeting the tenant profile. In a hectic market I was contacted immediately with new information and got regular activity reports online and by phone. I never had to chase and no issues were forgotten. It was a pleasure to deal with him and his colleague John. Very professional.

GoogleI walked in off the street one day after a hectic and disappointing morning of searching estate agents in the area. Straight away the team at Anscombes Hamstead made me feel like a human being again. I met Nayla who was friendly, helpful and professional. GoogleIn a climate where estate agents are notorious for being unhelpful and pushy, Steven Gilbery was an absolute gem. Found me a lovely property in exactly the location I wanted and honorably helped negotiate for both the landlady and myself. I would highly recommend his services and if pressed to find another place to live, would go right back to him.

GoogleNayla is a great agent - very personable and quick to respond and show me flats that suited my personality and needs. The properties and experience were much more tailored to my needs than the usual big chain experience and the service was equally far better. Definitely recommend Nayla, thank you!

GoogleAgent didn't bother to show up for appointment and made zero effort to contact me prior to cancel. Just allowed me to go out my way, stand outside in dark/cold and waste my time. The agents apology was completely insincere and still hasn't bothered to make any attempt to reschedule and let me see the property.

GoogleHad an appointment with Rachel to view a flat. She turned up 20 min late. Didn't have my contact details. Came with the wrong keys. Her manager didn't answered the phone.....and no other colleagues were there to support.
