He also supported us at every step of the letting process, chasing the 3rd party referencing company and juggling several roles internally when things got stuck. The referencing process was very lengthy and tedious but he was always at hand to find a solution to every problem or delays we encountered and replied to our queries in a timely manner. On the last day he stayed until late in the evening to make sure we got the keys to our new flat on time. Thank you again for your dedication and support, we wouldn’t have made it without your help.

The property I viewed with him was my first of many in the city.
