Stay away! In the month we've been here so far:- Safety hazard: Door got stuck and we couldn't exit our room!!- Terrible working conditions: Broken window, freezing and impossible to work for a week- Water tap in the kitchen not working for more than a week- Builders outside our windows every days, very loud noise is distracting

Complete Harassment - faulty system that takes money off people for monthly payment and then claims it was never paid. they have cases against them in country court claim for duping people for money. please avoid these people to save yourself from pain.

they were great when they first came to the UK. but their office spaces (in particular london), are completely oversubscribed! they often run out of supplies, and their beer taps never seem to be working. What am i paying so much money for?! Wont be renewing and giving in our current notice

Wework in Holborn: Absolutely ridiculous. We are paying for 12 people hot desks, but every time they come to move us, saying that there is no hot desk anywhere.So we literally pay to get inside, but have nowhere to work at.

Don't fall for their perks or 'community' selling points, they are only interested in profits! The fact they haven't closed during this situation just shows their true colours and if you're thinking about getting office space go to someone who actually cares about their customers. Horrid company with horrid leadership!

we are working in Wework San Mateo. So far so good, space, coffee, milk... BUT a little bit expensive, you have to use credits if you book a meeting room or work in other wework offices.

Big hype. Not suitable in the India context. No personal touch. Behaves like holier-than-thou attitude. Do not understand if they are the customer or we! Basic facility like 2-wheeler parking charged separately, or not available (WeWorks Koramangala). After sign-up, behavior is bad - more like a brash attitude. Not worth the money

I have tried to use WeWork over the years. Every time I immediately remember why I have never actually worked out of one. They have ZERO relationships with the buildings they RENT space from. Good luck getting into the workspace when the office secretary is out.

Literally, they will screw you at every turn. Any chance to overcharge you they will take. In February, I had to resolve them charging us an additional $800 for nearly 7 months, we got that refund. Now, during COVID they refuse to cancel our membership agreement.

This company does not respond to enquiries, does not reply to emails, does not answer the phone, does not phone back and advertise properties that aren't available. If you check out the Trust Pilot reviews you will see how bad this company really is.

2020 has been terrible with WeWork.I think the company is dying and they want to kill all the SMEs that rent there too.Shame it will be a slow death and we all have to be stuck renting desks we can't use.

Waiting over 5 weeks for a deposit refund. WeWork can't get it together. Quite simple process actually. 2019 Hui, 2021 ui.... some extra stars at least for the beautiful building :-)

Customer Service is non existent. Dealing with phone sales is like pulling teeth. Locations themselves are hit and miss. Some are great, others not so much.
