George and Bruno at Castles in Tottenham were so helpful throughout the whole house sale. It took months for the sale to go through but they pursued it right to the end. After the first time it fell through, they were back to work and we were under offer again within days. The sale needed constant attention, right up to completion at 5pm. I was so pleased to hear from George when the sale finally went through. Thanks so much for everything. I would highly recommend Castles in Tottenham.

Over the years we have bought and sold through various estate agents. Hand on heart the most outstanding is Castles on West Green Road in Tottenham. When George the Manager came to us he was clear he would sell our house quickly. Then it was left to Bruno to efficiently and effectively market it. Bruno and George went above and beyond their call of duty in relation to the recent sale of my flat. It was a difficult process due to no fault of their own and they always were at the end of a phone or email quickly solving any problems that arose. George kept me updated on a weekly basis which I really appreciated. I don't live local so if anything needed to be done in my absence George dealt with this for me and often at short notice. George kept me informed and in my opinion was worth every penny and were more helpful than my local solicitor. They understood the process and talked me through the various stages. I enquired about 1 property back in 2018 which I did not even view. Since then I have received a DAILY bombardment of useless spam messages despite asking REPEATEDLY to have my details removed from the mailing list. I have emailed Castles head office on a number of different occasions with ZERO acknowledgement of my request. The email links do not even have a 'unsubscribe' option so I have had no choice but to be HARRASSED by this company for the past 2 or so years. I will be making a complaint the the ICO. Edit to add response to your shi**y reply: Firstly, the email address you keep spamming is not linked to my gmail account so no you wouldn’t be able to find me on your database based off of this review. Secondly No I haven’t left a review for the wrong place because your emails have a link to This website and this website links to this Google review page. So no, I’m not mistaken. Happy to post screenshots of the 300+ emails I have been sent from the email address LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE

DO NOT USE! Experienced first hand one of those horror stories you only hope to hear about when trying to buy a flat with Bruno from castles. Offer accepted, and then fobbed off for 3 weeks whilst he courted cash and other buyers, finally resulting in lies to cover himself and myself losing the property and the vendor presumably having to accept a lower cash offer. Literally the reason why the property market is the way it is, with crooks like this. BUYERS BEWARE!

Offer was “accepted” only to later find out that we were being lined up behind other buyers.. seller had no idea who we were!! COMPLETELY ILLEGAL.
