GoogleSelling a property can be a daunting prospect but Abraham and the guys at Castles made it so much easier. He gave us realistic advice on the selling price and timescales based upon extensive knowledge of the local area. He was never pushy and was always available to deal with any queries. He also provided a subsequent rental property which was required. I would recommend to anyone selling a property in the area to speak to Castles in the first instance.

GoogleCastles Crouch End have been fantastic throughout my experience in selling a property in the area. Colin, the agent who looked after us from start to finish, was extremely professional, easy to communicate with, friendly, courteous and polite. With lots of competitors in the town all with slightly different offerings it was difficult to decide on one agent to sell with. Deciding to work with Castles was the right decision and I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

GoogleWe were originally recommended by our friends to use Abraham at Castles based on their own positive experience a few years previously. Having now recently sold our own house through Abraham, we can't recommend him and the firm highly enough. He is a highly proactive, hardworking agent who has an extensive knowledge of the local market. The whole process was managed efficiently and professionally throughout. Thoroughly deserving of a five star rating.

GoogleI had a fantastic experience selling my flat through Castles. I had four initial valuations and I was won over by the higher estimate and the personal warmth of Sandro, our agent. The communication and help provided by Sandro and Castles from there on in was excellent. We achieved a higher sale price than the other agent's valuations (one by £35,000!) and faster than I had expected. I strongly recommend.

GoogleWow, we can't speak highly enough of both Abraham and Colin for pulling our sale through - they are the ones doing all the heavy lifting that solicitors should do but don't. They have proved themselves to be right up at the top where they belong - the best Estate Agents in Crouch end. Thank you! Chris and Lucy Watkin, Edison Rd.

GoogleA totally excellent, professional and impressive service from Abraham and his experienced team. We were selling at a difficult time, with the market depressed by Brexit, but the advice that we received was spot-on, and we achieved our sale at a good price, just when we needed it. No crazy promises over unachievable prices, no pressure, no panics. Highly recommended!

GoogleIn the 15 years we have lived in Crouch End we have bought and sold around 5 properties with Castles. I cannot recommend them more, the service, honesty and professionalism are second to none. From the purchase of a 1 bed flat to the sale of a 5 bed house the service was the same. Thank you ver much.

They also were patient when we needed them to be, and understanding. Secured me the flat of my dreams - I trusted them from the get-go and they did not let me down. Thank you!
