GoogleI've had the pleasure of Abraham representing me in both the purchasing and selling of property and on every occasion he represents all that a professional should. His diligence, responsiveness, aptitude and honesty ensure you are in a safe pair of hands all through what can be a stressful process. His knowledge of the local area is unrivalled and he should be the first consideration when you are buying or selling in the area.

GoogleAbraham and his team were absolutely fantastic throughout the sale of our property. They offered positive and supportive judgement all along the way. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Castles Crouch End to others.

GoogleMy wife and I were most impressed with Abraham and his staff's dedication and attention to detail. This, combined with his calm, experienced manner, produced in us a level of confidence which we rarely find elsewhere. His advice proved accurate all the way through the process of offering a house for sale and eventually concluding the deal. If we ever need the service of an estate agent again we will turn first to him. We earnestly recommend him to anyone now considering a move.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleCastles were excellent throughout the whole process and Sandro was fantastic. The team was very responsive and efficient. The transaction occurred over the Christmas period yet was still seamless. Very transparent and secured a great deal. Would highly recommend.

GoogleIt has been a pleasure to work with Castles again. Abraham has sold two of our properties in the last 10 years and we bought one with him as our agent. As well as securing a rental through Castles whilst we refurbished. Abraham knows the Crouch End market inside out. Meaning it cuts out all of the time wasting! He is efficient, professional and friendly and he worked seamlessly with both us, our solicitor and surveyor. The sale of our home was a smooth transaction from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Castles if you want a stress free experience!

GoogleSandro and Abraham are not only great professionals that know the Crouch End real estate market inside out, but they are also lovely people with whom is a pleasure to interact. I couldn't recommend them any more strongly.
Thank you for posting, Sandro and Abraham are grateful. It is was their pleasure to have had the opportunity to work as your agent and hope to do so again in the future. Wishing you all the best. Team Crouch End

GoogleBuying our first flat a few years ago wasn't the best experience with Castles in Crouch end. Granted, they sold it on behalf of their real clients, the seller, but it really felt like it throughout the process, that they were working only for the seller's interest. I bitterly remember that Sandro misled us, saying the garden summerhouse had electricity when that was not the case as we found out after moving in. We didn't check it further since there was computers and lights in there, assuming it was properly wired. As it turned out, it was only powered by an extension lead, no sockets whatsoever. If that wasn't intentional, that was poor advice and knowledge of the place he was selling to us. When I brought it up afterwards, I wasn't met with the best of honesty nor apology. I made sure I didn't sell with them when I eventually did, a few years later.NegativeProfessionalism

GoogleSandro Pappalardo and his colleagues in the Crouch End office have done an amazing job for us, working really hard to ensure the flat was in excellent condition before it went on the market, vet all potential purchasers, escort them to the flat, respond to all their queries, help us identify the proceedable buyers, and then diigently chase both sets of solicitors so that the sale was completed as quickly as possible. I have no hesitation in offering them the highest recommendation, and would certainly want to work with this great team again should I buy or sell another property. It is so reassuring to be able to completely trust a team of ethical professionals who have my best interests at heart, and whose advice is based on many years of experience. If you need a fantastic team behind you when you sell your own property, you need look no further than Castles.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe would never have been able to buy our flat if we hadn't crossed roads with Sandro. The day we got in touch with him, the journey to find the flat of our dreams finally came to an end. His passion, experience, dedication and kindness were priceless through out the process. He has been a real trusted advisor, available at any time of the day or night. And for this we are extremely grateful to him. One thing is certain, for our futur projects there is only one team we'll call : The Castles and more precisely Sandro. Thank you so much for everything Sandro. Marc & JessicaPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe sales team at Castles have an encyclopaedic knowledge of the local Crouch End area. And no-one knows the landscape of the local property market quite like Abraham. Over the years we have known him, he has always been the go-to agent. He develops long and loyal relationships with buyers and sellers alike, and always provides straight, honest and clear advice. We're thrilled with our new home and the service him and his team have provided. Jason & JuliePositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

FacebookCastle are a great agent, I have used them for all my property sales since they have been open as I really like their professional but very friendly service. It is such an important and all consuming time when selling and buying so having Castle to make it a stress free process was brilliant.. Thanks

GoogleWe have now bought two houses and sold one house through Abraham at Castles and that’s possibly the best review I can give. He understands what we want sometimes before we do. I’ve also never heard my mortgage adviser rave about someone so much. When you walk into an estate agents you are not usually looking for a friend (if anything I’d usually have my guard up) but we found one in Abraham and he’s always done such a fantastic job, he is extremely professional and will go above and beyond to help you find what you are looking for.

GoogleI feel that Abraham fully delivered on what he had estimated for our recent house sale in Highgate. He is an excellent communicator and kept me completely informed throughout the whole process. He openly discussed pros and cons of various strategies eg whether to obtain planning permission before a sale etc. I cannot fault the service and the house was sold fast for a very acceptable price.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleAbraham at Castles is basically part of the family now. Having moved a number of times and at difficult times, they have always looked after us.

Abraham does indeed feel like part of your family and is appreciative of your continued custom. We are always here for all your property requirements. Wishing you all the best in your new home. GoogleIf I could give 6 stars I would! We have just bought and sold through Abraham at Castles and we cannot recommend him highly enough. He is straightforward, honest, super efficient and utterly professional. I would use him again in a heartbeat. Every request was dealt with quickly and always with good humour. He is a Prince among Estate Agents making a tricky, complicated, emotional process, smooth and relatively easy. Castles is in a class of its own.

GoogleIt's fair to say that my opinion of estate agents was not very high until I worked with Castles and specifically with Abraham. He is a class apart from the average estate agent and, in our experience, by miles the best estate agent in Crouch End. Abraham worked with us on an extremely complicated sales and purchase where our original seller dropped out and our chain collapsed. He found us a new buyer in a couple of weeks and managed to put the chain back together again working with the estate agent we were buying from. His experience, dedication and expertise are second to none. He is passionate about ensuring his clients achieve their goals and he certainly was committed to helping us buy our dream home. His fee was money extremely well spent and we would highly recommend him.

GoogleIt has been a unique experience of buying properties with the help of Castle's in Crouch End. Over the last 7 years, Sandro has helped three members of our family to find their dream homes. He has been professional as well as warm and supportive in guiding my daughters through the intense experience of becoming home owners. The unique thing about Sandro and his colleagues is that the relationship doesn't end on completion. They remain trustworthy and accessible post completion. I would recommend anyone selling or buying to visit Castles in Crouch end.

GoogleI cannot fault Castles they are by far the best Estate Agents I have ever dealt with, they were friendly, supportive with what turned out to be a somewhat complicated sale, kept me in touch with developments and were in every way genuine and helpful. I would recommend them above any other Estate Agent in the Crouch End and nearby North London areas and because they are a local business I felt they really knew the local market and wanted to do their best for all concerned. I can only thank them for their diligence, diplomacy and extremely hard work.

GoogleExcellent service from Castles for the sale of our flat. It was a slow old process to find a buyer in this stagnant market involving a change of estate agents to Castles. Colin who led the sale was excellent. It was so important in this market to have experienced estate agents who knew how to match our flat with the right buyer. They are NOT typical estate agents who give the profession a bad reputation. Colin and Abraham ensured that once a buyer had been secured the sale went through to completion despite a slow process, gauging the right tone to use at the different stages to get the job done. They were on hand at all times to make it as stress free as possible. Thank you. Would highly recommend.
