GoogleI’ve used Castle Hill recently when trying to find a rental property and I found their service to be a cut above the rest. Really friendly, personable and extremely professional. I will be looking to buy a property in the near future and they will definitely be my first port of call for that too, based on my experience.

GoogleTerrible as letting agents. Don't reply to emails or answer phone messages. Always promise to get things done but never do then its near impossible to contact them. We lived in a tiny ground floor studio with poor ventilation and mould all over the walls. We told them about it early on in the tenancy and they blamed us for hanging up washing to dry. The toilet did not flush properly so continuously blocked. Never fixed despite numerous calls to agent. No power in the shower, never addressed. AVOID AT ALL COST.

GoogleThe whole team at Castle Hill Properties made our experience of renting our first property together a seamless and hassle-free experience. Approachable, knowledgeable and pro-active from viewing to move-in (and beyond!), we have felt totally looked after and couldn't have asked for better service. Thank you!

GoogleWhere to start. They took 6 months to get a tenant in to my flat and then I discovered he had misled them about his circumstances. They lost my keys and had to have the locks replaced. They regularly took a week to reply to emails and each time they ‘had someone interested, should be in in 2 weeks’ time’ which of course never happened. They got work done on my flat and when it wasn’t completed refused to tell me who the contractor was or ensure it was finished. I eventually contacted The Property Ombudsman who pushed Castle Hill to agree in writing to get the work finished but despite this they didn’t honour their promise . As soon as I went to TPO they didn’t respond to ANY mails, phone calls or requests to open up an official complaint. Castle Hill take as much advantage as they can of an unregulated industry, please beware.

GoogleWorst to deal with. Really Hard to get in touch with anyone and get timely response from anyone.
