Despite being worried about finding a flat in London in the current state of the housing market, CJ made it easy for us to view the flat, did not pressure us to make an offer which made us feel comfortable, and when we did decide to make an offer they, especially Sam, were helpful in letting us know next steps. I also emailed several times with loads and loads of questions which were all answered quickly and with clarity which made me feel better about the whole process.

Rental property managed by this company on behalf of Hs2 on moving out half my deposit kept for issues not really fair, they wanted £20 for grass seed! As the lawn had died just one petty example, trying to get repairs done is difficult, they send individuals round who haven’t a clue, bodge job fix with promises to come back then never do, then charges on the tenant for issues that wouldn’t have arisen had the repairs been completed fully. The excuse - it wasn’t reported. Well have they tried their website?? Jobs reported but not actioned for weeks, when the emails are finally read, it’s all about the money and not the customers (renters). Would strictly not rent a property managed by this company ever again. They are not there for the tenants but solely to make money and for their landlords. Rented all my life moved a few times and always got all my deposit back in full. Until now.

GoogleRenting in London can be daunting, Carter Jonas erased all the negative sentiment I had attached to the Real Estate market by delivering an outstanding customer service!.
They have been wonderful in helping us with our relocation by all means, always going above and beyond to please our individual needs. I guess that's what is really outstanding about them. Their team has brilliant people that really care about its customers and its always super helpful and attentive.
Our renting process was smooth from end to end, no bumps on the road and they really built a great relationship with us, so actually having to deal with our Real Estate is a pleasure not a pain. I guess they have what many companies lack of, human touch. So couldn't recommend it more!!
When you're looking for a new home, all you want is feeling heard and welcomed and they undoubtedly nailed that!
