Utter rubbish

Utter rubbish, went for a house something on my credit file at a old address which was not on credit report! refused to give holding deposit! but house is through HS2 so going to chase them for the money as these sharks act as agent!

Any issues have been resolved swiftly, and they have always been available if we've had questions. Maddy in particular (Senior Property Manager) has always been sure to look after us and take on board our requests, which is greatly appreciated!

Stuck up, horrible people!!!

Terrible service. Terrible manners. Even the homeowner we loved the house of had negative opinions of the agents. We specifically drove 30 miles to speak in person having not managed to get anyone on the phone and they shuffled us out the door within 2 minutes of us arriving, and other people there (some with new-born babies who were being shunned) were all shocked at how they were treating the people who walked in.Stuck up, self-centred, snobby and clearly paid far too much and it's lead to them being far too big in their boots. Really appalling and not any way to treat people in this day and age - people we spoke to were older and 100% not up to date/living in the old ages in their approaches e.g. bordering on bullying and saying degrading comments. We were left absolutely speechless at some of their choices of words. Definitely avoid if possible. Completely shocked at how unprofessional they were. Very tempted to raise to HQ but how blatantly they were behaving stopped us as it's clearly normal for them and they must be accepted for this to happen - must be allowed from the top down! AVOID this agency!!!Chasing calls on viewings wouldn't work, emails wouldn't work, going out our way to do a "walk in" to the office didn't work... they need lessons in decorum and manners to put it frankly. A complete joke.

Do not rent through these people - South Kensington office

Absolutely diabolical service. After signing the letting agreement for my student son a property manager was appointed who was nothing to do with Carter Jonas. We have been privy to so much email traffic with the 2 agents unable to agree who had responsibility for what. I’m yet to be convinced we will see our deposit returned and a the reference my son will need for his next flat. Please avoid these people as it is an incredibly stressful experience. I’m staggered with the lack of professionalism on display. I’ve made sure I’m telling my friends and colleagues about my experience.

Do not use these Agents

I wish there was a zero option. Shocking service whilst renting. They tried to keep our entire deposit and claim for things they themselves had removed and damaged that they had never resolved. Had to go to arbitration and we got our deposit back. Bunch of crooks. Our case was particularly stressful and I will be going public with it.
