Carter Jonas service has been amazing from the start. I’ve never had a letting experience as good as this. The viewing itself was with Izzie who knew every aspect of the property and was absolutely lovely. We have since dealt with Juliana and Marta who have both been lovely, informative and proactive! I’ve rented from 4 different letting agents now and Carter Jonas have really raised the bar in what i expect from letting agents.

The team here are amazing from start to finish, the friendliest most helpful estate agents I have ever come across. After spending a whole day viewing flats with other estate agents in Streatham where they proceeded to turn up late and show me the wrong properties, it was a breath of fresh air to end the day with my viewing with Carter Jonas which obviously went very well. We have just sold our flat with Carter Jonas and could not be happier with the service we received from the whole team, especially Jamie and Isabelle. We met with a number of estate agents when getting our flat valued, and Jamie immediately stood out as he was very straightforward, genuine and did not try and schmooze us. Right from the outset the team were consistently helpful, prompt in communicating with us, and honest throughout the process, even if there were concerns or issues. We really appreciated this open approach we felt constantly included throughout the process and trusted the team to advocate for us with other estate agents and solicitors.
