GoogleWe had the most stress-free time setting up a rental property with Carter Jonas on New Cavendish Street. Emily Hussey and Georgina Hunt are clearly superstars in their field. Nothing was too much trouble, and their speedy efficiency was most reassuring. Thanks very much ladies. A word, too for David Ornsby, who took care of the flat re-do and recommended great decorators and builders. Thanks to all at Carter Jonas.

GoogleI had the displeasure of dealing with Emily on the telephone when organising a flat rental. She was extremely rude and patronising, her behaviour was disgusting. The gentlemen that showed me the property I was looking to rent was an absolute gentleman though . I will now deal with a rival property company in marylebone that understand customer service and will warn everyone about the perils of dealing with this company too .NegativeProfessionalism

The first two times we went with a few agents, but it was always carter Jonas that got the tenants so this time they were our sole agents. Not only are Andrew and his team exceptional at their job, they are also a pleasure to deal with, nothing is too much trouble.
