GoogleAlthough I ended up with a place to rent elsewhere (another area), Victoria and Nia were both extremely polite, warm and helpful throughout my searching period. The office conducted professionally throughout, arranged a FaceTime viewing for me showing flexibility, and followed up timely and properly without ending up as bothering! Highly recommended

GoogleChris from the Holland Park office and Oliver from the Hyde Park office are a true credit to the Carter Jonas team! They had our apartment under offer within a week of giving them the instruction, I was shocked they'd got it under offer considering it was post BREXIT and the market was "supposedly dead" according to other agents. Great service, great people to work with and I look forward to doing more with them in the future.

GoogleWe used the team in the Holland Park office. I was dealing mainly with Charlotte and Nia for a few Central London apartments we were trying to find suitable tenants for. In the end they secured suitable tenants for three different apartments we had in London W2. I would have no problem recommending the Lettings team in Carter Jonas, they were nice to deal with and did what we asked of them.
