GoogleI have worked with Burghleys twice, first to buy a property advertised through them and later to sell my property; the latter was based on my first experience which made my decision really easy. The first thing that I noticed was it was the same team that I bought through 4 years earlier showing the same high level of professionalism, friendship, patience & understanding of their clients needs. Their ability to listen and advise was priceless to me as well as their knowledge of the area, including history and future planing developments of certain areas and properties which underlines their policy of care and attention to the custormer. I honestly believe that my sale and purchase would have fell through if it were not for this team knowing exactly what to do, to the point of completing the sellers chosen agents job for them. My home was sold in less then 6 weeks to the "right" buyer and I moved into my new home in the same area within the usual time scale. Also of note; I used their recomendation of mortgage broker and solicitor who also get 5 stars. They tirelessly worked to get everything in place, including out of hour phone calls and gone 9pm emails! I was very impressed. In general they know the business, showing maturity of a trade mastered. Thank you again Howard & Team.

GoogleWe used Burghleys to sell our house in Tufnell Park and were incredibly impressed with them. Howard, Ashley and their team were always contactable and provided great advice throughout the process. From our initial search for the right agent, we really felt that they understood the area and our property best. This aligned with an agent comparison site we used which said that they had a good record of selling properties quickly and at a good price. We had a tight timescale to sell in and they worked very hard to find us the right buyer quickly. We also found the team straightforward and approachable in their manner which compared well with other agents we spoke to. We would really recommend Burghleys and are very grateful for their work for us.

GoogleThe maintenance team is responsive, timely and helpful. However, the director has poor communication standards. He appears over burdened as the sole director in charge of rental. Despite being a continuous client for 4 years, He only used email and did not speak over the phone for clarity and curtesy. Many times leaving us to consult another agent to understand renter processes and procedures. The agency gets the job done.

GoogleBurghleys were recommended to me by a friend and, having approached a couple of different local agents, we loved these guys right from the start: no schmoozing, they are just a genuinely decent, talented team who know the market and their area, and we wholeheartedly trusted them with every stage of the selling process. Howard helped us pitch our property at a realistic price point which meant we ended up with exactly the sale we needed to move forward, within a very short period of time. Maz and Kieran did a fantastic job of managing viewings and we always felt comfortable with them being in the house, as well as genuinely enjoying dealing with them both day-to-day. Overall it was a smooth sale but no sale is entirely straightforward and when things got a little complicated towards the end Maz deserves a special shout out for his tact, patience, excellent chasing abilities and for being a calming presence when we needed it. We'd use Burghleys again in a heartbeat. Thanks to all the team for helping us reach a happy ending with our move.
