GoogleWe used Ashley at Burghleys initially to find a tenant for our flat. It happened that we had an enquiry before marketing so it turned into a tenancy agreement and reference search instead. For our part, this was easy to arrange and with an extremely quick turn around (5days) without any dramas. We would recommend and use again. GoogleA long overdue review! The whole team are fantastic from the initial meeting through to sale. They make the whole experience feel easy and are so considerate when booking in viewings etc. We got a number of agents in prior to deciding and without a doubt burghleys make your sale feel unique and not just another house on their books. I couldn’t recommend them enough! Thank you all!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI called them today and they just hang up the phone on me when i was enquiring about some properties, was recommended by a friend but was shocked to see their customer service skills. Shocking.NegativeQuality, Professionalism
We have no record of any call from anyone by this name. As can be seen from the host of positive reviews on this site and others, this is not consistent with the high standard of service we give to all our clients. If this is a genuine review then perhaps the author would care to contact the office to discuss further. We would be happy to offer an apology and assist in their search for a property.

GoogleHave used this agency twice in my life to sell property and wish that I had not. They are arrogant, insulting, high handed and do not do what they promise. Don't waste your time go somewhere else and find a reputable honest agent.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
