GoogleDon’t want to appear prejudice but unusually for an estate agent Paul picks up his phone and is contactable and fully dedicated. He also understands a simple concept (also more unusual for his profession), that he works for YOU! Straight forward and cards on the table, he understands the needs of his client and is honest about what’s possible. It’s a stressful process. Why add more stress by going anywhere else?!

GoogleAn amazing experience with Paul. Signing my first lease was made easy, carefree and stress free. At the start of the process he allowed us to view the property as many times as we wanted and nothing was too much of a bother, constantly updating us along the way from when we submitted an offer all the way to getting the keys. We always knew what the status was every step of the way. He had an amazing system in place that helped with everything from the best quotes on Wi-Fi, insurance, electric etc. Couldn’t of asked for a better service, communication or experience.
