Paul was extremely professional and worked very hard to sell my property. He was always extremely responsiveness and worked hard to ensure that the transaction was successful. He was very flexible and would come to the property with little notice as and when was required to help with anything. I would not hesitate to use Paul again the future and would recommend him to anyone. He is also extremely good value compared to other estate agents.PositiveProfessionalism, Value

We are so happy that we chose BrownRok as our selling agent. Paul is a credit to BrownRok and the whole of the estate agent industry. He is extremely knowledgeable and his advice is spot on and this can only come from his many years of experience in the business. We felt that Paul always made our needs his priority when marketing and selling our home and nothing was too much trouble for him. The entire experience of dealing with BrownRok and especially Paul when selling our home was surprisingly un-stressful and it certainly helped us sleep easier at night. We will whole heartedly recommend BrownRok to our family and friends that maybe considering selling their homes in the future as no doubt they will also get the peace of mind that comes with dealing with a professional agency. Well done BrownRok and please keep up the high standards that you are setting!!

Paul is a class act. I was a buyer and he worked hard to chase the solicitors on both sides, as well as the seller. He wasn’t pushy and found solutions when problems came up. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Personal service is far more important in agency work and the corporates can rarely offer that these days.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We found Paul at BrownRok via social media and from the very start he was extremely proactive. He was keen to go over and above with everything that was needed and all responses were quick and on point. The house was sold very quickly even though it was a quiet time of year and although it was a good house, I definitely attribute this to Paul and would have no hestation in recommending him or his company and using them again in the future.
