Suzy Browne is a real estate goddess. She took one look at me and my husband and knew exactly what viewing to show us and within 4 days of looking for a home she got us one. She’s a real estate fairy godmother. The best attitude and just a pleasure to work with. 100/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our initial experience with Brinkley’s via Ben was positive. He was efficient and well organised. However, as soon as we agreed to let and paid the deposit, communication from Brinkley’s stopped. We had to chase to find out our move in date and contract signing. There was also an issue where Brinkley’s had not communicated with the landlord who did not know we would be moving in so nothing was ready. 2 months after moving in, we are still chasing the inventory report from Christina.

Graeme , on behalf of Brinkley’s, provided excellent service when selling our house. The rate offered was best available on the market , but without compromising the quality of service. Graeme was knowledgeable , easily contactable, responsive to our needs and questions. He offered valuable advice and kept things moving smoothly towards completion. He helped us choose the right buyer out of the offers we received. Overall, we were happy with the service and are happy to recommend Brinkley’s services.

We didn't feel like the representative Graeme Gordon had our best interest and was completely driving the sale without any vendor background checks, communication was really poor and would "copy and paste" emails from the potential buyer, not motivated to sell the property and never proactive in the process. There is no chain to escalate and remove complacency from the motion or if we were not getting the correct attention due to whatever reason. My advice is pay a little bit more commission and go to a competitor as the experience was woeful.

Couldn't recommend Graeme and his team more highly. We always felt very comfortable with Graeme in our home, and were always made to feel that every part of the process was our choice (e.g. asking price, viewing times, etc). Mostly importantly, he sold our flat for above asking price within a week of it being on the market - at a highly competitive rate of commission. Would use again without hesitation.

The help and reassurance Marco provided in getting my property ready for rental (hiring and managing contractors and offering sound advice along the way), with prompt communication and making himself available at all hours made, what could have been a stressful few months truly smooth sailing. JP stepped in quickly if needed, and he and Gisella quickly found and vetted a tenant, again with extremely efficient communications. I've also received correspondence from Laura and Dhruvika when needed - clearly a well coordinated and supportive team. I could not have hoped for a more positive experience. Thank you all!

I have used Brinkleys for a few years to manage property and have always found them to be professional, quick to respond to any queries and also quick to flag any issues with suggestions of how to resolve them. They have offered rational advise when dealing with unexpected situations and have been easy to deal with. Gisella and Ann are quick to respond to any questions and JP is quick to get viewings lined up, which is what you need when letting property.

GoogleWe chose them to sell our property by mistake They can’t really put the price on the property and tried to sell less then how much. We been told we won’t sell our property for more then £245k and not to put more then £250, but we sold £250 plus selling fee agreed. They didn’t sent agreement documents of sale as it should and we only told our solicitor what was the selling prices ended up in completition we had to leave washing machine , dishwasher furnitures etc… Be honest they didn’t came to show the property just only twice and didn’t turn up on last day to collect the key on time. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND NOTHING ELSE. Now I rather to pay more for sale but having better customer service and I would have more money in my pocket!
