GoogleAwful people - they make up plain lies to steal a few quid of your deposit. If you show them you are right and that their request makes no sense they come up with another excuse like 'admin' that is actually equal to the same amount they took in the first place. THERE'S A REASON WHY YOU LETTING AGENTS ARE THE MOST HATED CATEGORY IN THE UK

GoogleThe only thing they do promptly is to collect the rent. If you are a landlord, expect to pick up a lot of slack for these people. I live in a flat managed by Blake Stanley and over the last 3 years they have been a source of friction, with every new agent we get, more useless than the last, always having to reach out to our landlord every time we need for anything to happen.

GoogleMoved in 2 years ago on a Sunday. They were meant to let us in but no one was there when we turned up with all of our furniture and belongings in a van. No one answered the phone or gave any explanation. Luckily we had the landlords number who came by and let us in with their own set of keys. Terrible service. They gave a half-hearted apology only after we demanded answers. Would never use again.

GoogleGeorge T Ioannou, Nathan Arnold and the Lettings team helped us find our dream property. Everyone we interfaced with at BlakeStanley exuded professionalism and were a credit to the real estate business here in London. Thoroughly recommend anyone to go through them - 5 stars!

GoogleBlake Stanley have been around as long as I have lived in this area and I have dealt both with lettings and sales. Apart from the honest, down to earth and familiar approach by everyone I have dealt with over the years, Blake Stanley has always made me feel at ease and looked after me well when it came to any anxieties and concerns about my home. I cannot recommend their teams enough.

GoogleThere's always a few growing pains moving in and Lilly the property manager has been on it from the start, making sure any problem we've had has been dealt with as quickly and painlessly as possible.

GoogleFrightening service for landlords. They lost keys to my flat, and then gave me someone else's keys. Never answered calls or dealt with issues. What a waste of management fee, they did literally nothing for 2 years.

GoogleA rocky start finding the person who would handle the renewal of our rental contract, but once Jessica McMullins had her hands on it, it was smooth sailing.
