GoogleGeorge Ioannou is just the best. He's really fun and easy to talk to and finds you the BEST tenants. He replies promptly to messages and always delivers. Nothing seems too much trouble for him. An absolute joy to deal with.

GoogleI was considering few different estate agents when looking to rent out my property and decided on Blake Stanley. I wanted more of the personal touch from a more independent & local estate agent, and Blake Stanley have delivered! George, Nathan & the lettings team have been extremely proactive from the start and were very accommodating to the speedy timelines I was looking to meet. From giving me honest advice about how best to price & market the property, to finding me some great tenants - Blake Stanley have been great to work with, and I'm very happy with the level of service I've received from them so far. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

GoogleWe love the Blakestanley team and highly recommend them for both property management services and house sales. When we moved overseas from Hackney London, Blakestanley advised us on the options of house selling and renting it out. They marketed and filled the property with tenants and managed it for 2years while we were remote, and then put in on the market and sold it at a time we decided to let it go. The staff are brilliant, personable and diligent. We formed a close relationship with the staff in both departments as well as with our tenants as we visited the house when in the country. We felt like the Blakestanley team cared to ensure all parties needs were met - ours as house owners, the tenants and the new buyers were all well represented in all communication which meant everything flowed. Genuine people ensuring the best outcomes with authenticity. Wonderful experience and most definitely recommended.

GoogleWe are currently renting from BlakeStanley, and we are very happy with our flat as well as the services we receive. Especially, from the property manager Jessica McMullins. She has gone above and beyond to accommodate us (we needed a few things done due to our new family addition). Thank you Jessica and BlakeStanley for such a professionalism and excellent service.

GoogleProvide a substandard service to tenants (slow or sometimes no reply to queries) and also tried to assist our landlord in essentially conning us out of our entire deposit in an already dilapidated flat. Naturally the DPS did not agree and we kept most of our deposit. Avoid if you can

GoogleWe had a poor experience with Blake Stanley as tenants. They were very nice in the beginning but overall slow to deal with any repairs and attempted to claim all of our deposit when we left.

GoogleHave always had a great service from Blank Stanley. Nathan and Geniene provided a seamless service this year. I use the management service for my letting in Hackney, as I live in Melbourne, and I find dealing with Blake Stanley always pleasant and professional. I've used other larger estate agents in the past and had terrible experiences in comparison. Used Blake Stanley consistently for several years now without a hitch.

GoogleI have been a tenant for the last 3 years with Blake Stanley. It is difficult to get anything done, I do not feel my needs as a tenant are being met. It is constantly me, the tenant, chasing things down. I expect there to be dialogue between myself, the agent and the landlord, to resolve issues and disputes, but to be left ignored I find to be frustrating.
