GoogleI’ve been using Black Katz for the last eight years to find tenants for my rental. In fact, in those eight years, I’ve only had two tenants. Both great. Black Katz are professional and thorough, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.

GoogleFailed to provide me with keys in time. Was only able to access my apartment one week after beginning of the tenancy. Caused lots of trouble, additional cost and uncertainties for me. Very unfriendly personnel, would not recommend.

GoogleHigh and unfair fees ... Avoid at all cost.. Very off putting for tenants. (Should also matter for landlords) For a tenancy swap total fee is 350gbp and they won't even reduce of two people move in the same time.

GoogleRogue letting agents, illegal deposit deductions, not submitting deposit in legal timeframes, late fixes of boiler etc. Avoid this letting agent.
