I have been a tenant at Chorley bizspace for 6 years in that time, bizspace have put businesses in direct competition with me a few units down the corridor. Hike the rent each year, had issues with security and flooding, and to top it off I secured an 18 month lease and now they say they have no knowledge if it despite my copy and hiking the rent again, so sadly despite commitment to my business I will be closing as you just cannot rely on this company to provide the stability necessary from your commercial premises.

A little wrinkle here and there but generally okay. The unit is freezing in the winter and boiling in the summer, but I think I'm renting the cheapest unit in the complex so I suppose I shouldn't complain. The only negative is the electricity costs which mean that if I work in the unit in the winter my bills can sometimes be almost double my rent. In the summer I have to work in shorts only as it's steaming and there's no way I could afford air conditioning costs too. Otherwise dealing with the management has been pretty easy, they leave you alone mostly, and the internet is excellent.

FacebookBizspace , How Low Can You Go !!! On your website you have a title ( Is this the recovery of the UK manufacturing industry ) then a load of waffle. But fact , this was posted on 24/3/2015 and the company in the picture was an ex tenant of yours and went bust on 09/3/2015 with 50 jobs lost with some of these men in your picture having their noses rubbed in it being posted on the net . Lies , Tactless False & low !!!

As an international engineering consultancy, with more than 250 staff in our Newcastle office, the service that we receive from Bizspace is excellent. We occupy an entire floor of the building but have been welcomed in using the Bizspace communal spaces, providing flexibility and choice for our employees.Lisa, who manages the Newcastle building, couldn't be more helpful; she has made our transition, to being part of the Bizspace community, a very easy one.

We have had our business based in the offices in Hunslet and can highly recommend if you are looking for office space to contact Karl or Hayley for information.They are ideally situated for the motorway networks and have ample parking. The offices themselves are maintained to a high standard and Karl and Hayley are always on hand for any help or advice. The cleaning is also kept to a high standard.

We've found Bizspace to be extremely flexible and willing to explore every angle to accommodate our requirements. Their office spaces are wide and varied with options to meet pretty much every need. If you're looking for an office solution then Bizspace should certainly be in your mix.

I have been using the office space at Biz space in Letchworth as a haven for work during the lockdown. The staff have been extremely welcoming and helpful and very accommodating. The rooms are always quiet and the WiFi is always fast with no issues whatsoever! I’d recommend biz space both for office space and hiring of meeting rooms as well - as the decor is always so clean as well!

Fantastic - we feel really happy at BizSpace Coppull. Friendly staff. Bright spacious accommodation. Ample car parking. Secure storage. Good rents. All the charm of a Victorian building with all the mod cons of the 21st Century. I really don't know what more I could expect.

Having rented a unit at The Pentagon Centre in Glasgow for over ten years, we find the facilities to be first class. The building is clean and well maintained and the staff are helpful, efficient and friendly.The management team always strive to increase the level of service available and are at present in the process of installing fibre optic broadband. The location of the building is very central and we would highly recommend it.

We took out our first office back at the very beginning of 2019, the accommodation is excellent, the management here are supportive and always willing to help. A year on and through a pandemic, Kevin the site manager is helping us by securing us a larger office within the same premises with no fuss. Couldn't recommend bizspace enough. The community of businesses is an excellent place to work and grow.

Time wasters. They advertise workspace available - then after numerous emails get back “Our workshops are full at the moment and nothing coming back in the next 3 months either.Sorry, we couldn’t have been more help”.Why not say that on first call or just don’t advertise available!!!

Had an office at North Sands for several years now and the centre facilities and staff are fantastic. Visitors always get a warm and friendly reception when they enter the reception, the centre and grounds are kept clean and tidy. Any issues the centre staff and approachable, helpful and willing to help as far as possible. Would definitely recommend Bizspace if you are looking for good quality office space.
