Great service at a decent price, management is always very accommodating and there was no fuss when we needed to downsize our office. We have two premises located on the Bizspace Bolton site.Since the appointment of site manager Robert Craig in 2020 I can honestly say that the site runs in a smooth and professional manner.Rob makes himself available and always returns calls. With Rob nothing is too much trouble, it’s done with a smile and he genuinely goes the extra mile. Sadly, these are rare qualities!

Cannot fault the dedication and friendliness of the front of house staff at Preston who make the place tick. Nothing is too much for them and they assist the business as best they can.The building is always a warm place, gets thoroughly cleaned each day although the building could do with modernising and a few added features put in place.Good security system in place and no real qualms.

This site ticks all the boxes. Situated in the business section of Tyseley with great road links, ample parking, competitive rates, 24/7 access and good security. Special mention for Tony from reception, always smiling and never too busy to help out. When taking out the units he listened to my requirements gave me all my options which allowed me make an informed decision.

We are just about to compelte our first year in the Littlehampton center and we couldn't be happier as tenants. We have beautiful communal areas, functional connectivity and the most fabulous building center manager in Janis who not only ensures that the building runs smoothly and efficiently but also is a dab hand at setting up wireless speakers on the center wifi!

We love our Bizspace office in Preston! It's a great size and very affordable compared to other similar offices in the area. The staff are friendly and helpful, and while the outside of the building isn't much to look at, inside features some very attractive spaces - we've even used the first floor landing to host events. Would definitely recommend.
