We have recently moved to a bigger unit within Design Works, Gateshead and the staff (Sam and Gillian) have been wonderful. Nothing has been too much trouble for them. Our new office is great.The facilities here are very good - we often have an evening meeting, and the room we use is always well set out. Tea, coffee and biscuits are always available, and the room is very comfortable.The car parking is very good too, I never have a problem finding a parking space, not matter what time of the day it is.Everyone is very friendly, we have been here almost 13 years and have never had a problem. I can highly recommend anyone hiring a unit here.

HollinwoodWe've been at the centre now for almost 12 months and I can honestly say its the best move we ever made. It has professional look yet a friendly feel to it and the location is perfect.The whole centre is kept well presented and has ample parking which helps. We had a couple of small teething problems with our unit within the first few months but this was rectified very quickly by Walter, Steven and their team. Nothing seems to much trouble. I can not recommend the centre highly enough.

We have recently taken up a space at Bizspace Hollinwood and the experience couldn't of been better in my opinion. The Centre itself is a great blend between old and new, it's clearly recently had lots spent on it but retains many of it's original features, which combined makes it a lovely environment to work in. The location is spot on too, right off the M60, meaning it's really convenient to commute to and from anytime of the day. Great if your business requires travel throughout the North West and Yorkshire.The on site team (Walt and Steve) are an absolute pleasure to deal with, always there if you need them and nothing is ever too much trouble.I couldn't think of a better place to base your business from.Ben (E2C)

We came to BizSpace Design Works in Gateshead just over 3 years ago from an office in Newcastle City Centre to one of their hybrid workshop / offices. BizSpace & particularly the centre manager Samantha Kane could not have been more helpful in helping us settle in & making sure we had everything we needed. Our hybrid unit allowed us more space to take on bigger jobs but then space quickly began to get tight again. BizSpace being attentive to our needs, offered us one of their larger workshops when it became available to give us even more workspace at a very competitive rate which helped us expand even further. We have our business office at Bizspace North Sands in Sunderland.We couldn't be happier with the setup, its a friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk in the door, the receptionists Karen & Angela are always on hand to assist and the centre manager Lynne goes above and beyond to bring the tenants together and create a family atmosphere.We won't be moving in a hurry thats for sure.Thanks for a great service

Appalling customer service. We have more than one unit with Bizspace, upon vacating one of the units they have not responded for months about the deposit return, we vacated the site months ago and removed anything from the site, inspected it with 2 members of staff and everything was fine.2 months later after chasing them for the deposit they finally respond stating there is a coffee stain and wallpaper mark. And will be keeping £800 deposit to "repair". What a joke of a company, con artists and liars. Stay well clear of them.Managers are appalling and act as if you are causing them an issue if they are not providing the service you have paid for.Complete scam artists and will do anything they can to cause stress. Luckily we have a legal team that will be pursuing the matter as it is breach of contract by Bizspace. Unfortunately not everyone is able to do the same.

Recently moved into Cumberland house.The facilities and site is very modern and has a fantastic feel. The site manager is very helpful and has mad us very welcome and cleary has a fantastic knowlesge of his industry. From the day we moved in, all of our communication systems was set up and our office was ready for the exact date and time was promised. Best descion we have made so far to move into this building!

SCAMMERS AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. The heating doesn’t work properly the toilets are always blocked the parking in a nightmare AND THEY’VE JUST PUT THE RENT UP BY 40% AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST

TrustpilotIndustrial Slum Landlords!
We rent more than 10,000 sq ft from them in Rochdale the roof leaks constantly due to inadequate gutters and has done for many years they know what the problem is but refuse to fix it. Over the years they've let the condition of the industrial estate deteriorate to the extent that most of it looks derelict. The only thing that keeps us on the site is that it is manned by security at night keeping it safe!

Yet another wonderful time at Bizspace Letchworth! I've now experienced both the shared working space and the private rooms, and really like both of them. The shared area is well spaced out and has great facilities, and it looks really cool and modern. It was nice and warm even though it was raining outside too! The staff are super friendly too - I always leave with a big smile on my face.

To be honest when we first took on a unit in Swindon I was under no illusion it was nothing more than a concrete block shed. Id been running my growing business from home and was quite frankly out growing the space I had. We adopted to move to a unit. Having been there for nearly two years we have seen things go down hill rapidly. The ridiculous rent increases they claim reflect market value are day light robbery. The place is dirty, cold, there are leaks everywhere and it doesn't take much hunting to find alot better and cheaper!!. We have since opted for this option. In respect of the upper management of the company I personally believe they need serious training in customer relations. It's obvious to me along with a lot of people in the Swindon building, they are greedy and blind to what's going on. More people leave than come in it seems and quite frankly I don't blame them. The on site management team are great it's just a shame the people above them do care a monkies.

We have rented office space at the Willenhall site for the last 9 years. I can highly recommend as the service we get and staff that look after us are fantastic. Offices are clean, warm,bright and inviting. The environment is relaxed but professional. The manager Cath along with her staff are very helpful and nothing is ever a problem. Being here for 9 years is testament to the service and dedication by the centre staff. Great service.

We move into our office 3months ago and Jennifer, the manager was great- we have no issues with her.We were assured that the current railing separating the only entrance into our office from the car park was being replaced with a coded access gate to enable us to access the office. Currently, we have to walk through the car park, out of the complex, all the way round the building, past the social club and along the main street to get to the office door!This isn’t great when it’s pouring with rain and we have stuff to take into the office or if customers call.According to our manager, the gate is now being reviewed and may be a possibility in the next financial year!!We wouldn’t have taken on the office if we knew the gate was not being changed.Very disappointed.

Notts LGBT+ Network moved to Bizspace 4 weeks ago. We are absolutely delighted with our new office, the communal areas and the building overall. It’s fresh, modern, bright and airy; such a lovely space to work in. Michael, the centre manager has gone above snd beyond to help our move go smoothly. Nothing is too much trouble and we’re thrilled to have found such a lovely working environment with excellent facilities for our registered charity.

We have recently moved in to Biz Space in Swindon and we found both Kirsty and Andy incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. The facilities are clean and tidy, the walkways are wide and unobstructed.All in all, a great service 😀
