Kevin the site manager is a very helpful guy if you ask him to get something done he goes the extra mile .the only negative is the price increases of the units which is out of Kevin's hands .there are lots of empty units now lots of old friend's have gone because of price such a shame.

I have used Bizspace in Letchworth around 10 years now. It is a great location and very flexible space. John and Lukus have always been very welcoming and helpful. This has allowed to get on with running our business without worrying about property issues. I would recommend them to anyone!

Thanks for your help since I first got in touch back in August last year in Swindon. Time has gone soo fast at BizSpace, it feels like we have been there so much longer (in a great way). I’m going to miss a lot of the characters; everyone is very friendly and helpful. I’m definitely going to miss the community feel but now I know of all the great businesses you have I’m sure I’ll still be dropping in after we’ve left.

From first visit to view the premises, to completion of the unit for my work premises was 1st class service, the centre manager was very helpful and provided exactly what I needed and answered all questions or queries I had with precise details of what I needed to know. When I started researching Office Spaces I came across Biz Space Didcot. I needed a large office space, to accommodate our growing business. I reached out to Val who's the Business Centre Manager, and she was hands down AWESOME! We were promptly shown around and given a wide choice of Office Spaces. After a bit of negotiation we decided on 2 Offices with a joining door. We moved here in February after a short stay in a Regus Building, we love our new space. It's bright, airy and spotlessly clean. The Management here are amazing, and they go above and beyond what is expected of them. And to make it even better, treats are offered to all on a Friday! Who doesn't love a cake! We do hope to expand again in the near future, and have no intention of leaving Biz Space anytime soon.Keep up the amazing work, and service you provide.Jo - Eitan Medical

FacebookHaving been a loyal customer for 12 years our recent departure from Bizspace Chorley has left a rather sour taste in our mouths!! We had to fight to get our deposit back well over three months, we eventually get it back minus £108 this was for 3 months mail re direction funny tho as considering we left end of January we have had no mail re directed we have asked for this money to be returned to us but we haven't even had the courtesy of a reply!! We left the unit in an impeccable condition much better than how we received it, we even painted the floor to Bizspace preference! I just think in these uncertain COVID times treating small businesses like this is appalling you should have to fight for what's actually yours and you shouldn't be getting charged for services you haven't been provided!!! Beware of Bizspace !!!

Really great co-working space. The staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble. They've really helped us out with additional space when we've needed it, and the spaces available have been perfect for our requirements. Kamillas cafe is also great! Tasty and great value!

We have now been at The Atrium, Dorking since October 2009 and cannot recommend the set up more highly. Excellent staff members welcome our staff and clients alike. The facilities management is excellent and assist within the personal office space and there is an excellent onsite catering facility, Kamillas Kitchen which is excellent. From a one man band to a large corporate, it is perfect for company start ups to those companies in the growth phase and able to grow within the building and not have to seek alternative premises! Highly recommended!

Due to the pandemic i was no longer allowed to work in my head office but needed some office space to work and found this little gem hidden in Dorking. I found this place as i use one of their other buildings in Hove to work out of and they really do look after you.The management team here in Dorking (and Hove) are fantastic. They make you feel welcome and get you settled in. The Dorking site is large, has plenty of parking and has a very convenient cafe attached to the rear of the building which is icing on the cake for me.Rates are reasonable and rooms are clean and tidy.

Due to the Covid Pandemic our staff could not longer work together at our Head Office and we therefore turned to Biz Space for the rental of office space in Little Hampton. Under the care of Janis Kudis managing our move with this new venture our staff have found the surroundings extremely modern and pleasant to work in. They have also met neighbouring businesses under same roof which has developed additonal business for us. We are so pleased with this set up that we have now taken a 2nd Site in Christchurch and receiving the same excellent support from John Rivett, we firmly believe these facilities and affordable rental costs will be have a large positive effect on our business growth.

I had been looking for some safe office space since March last year that I could escape the "home becoming my workplace" situation. I did stumble across the Bizspace offices in Hooton and from start to finish the team were professional, knowledgable, well organised and so friendly. Within a day I had a visit to the premises met Vicky ( socially distancing and masked up ) who was absolutely great and very welcoming. I was shown a couple of options, went through the various questions and was signed up ... I haven't looked back and its been my saving grace since December. The offices have all the modern conveniences you would expect , people are extremely respectful to our space and the environment, its extremely clean and has secure gates. I have worked weekends , late into the evening and through the day with absolute flexibility and feeling safe and able to keep my work going. The quiet space and the ability to be able to work has been invaluable to me , my business and my mental wellbeing - Thanks Bizspace and Vicky to always being visible and available to help!!

I have been renting flexible space for my fitness business based at Bizspace Letchworth for over a year now and it has been great! The staff have gone above and beyond with their helpful service and do a great job of keeping the site a high quality and are kind and friendly. They helped me find a space for my fitness studio that worked best for me and my needs, and honestly I can say I have never been happier at work in my life. It is conveniently located, excellent value for money, and has great facilities - as well as character as a building. Highly recommended!

Bizspace the only place for us !!We are very pleased with the Excellent level of Service from Bizspace. In our line of business and the fact we were a new start up business all other commercial premises letting agents don't allow or make things so hard to gain acceptance, basically they were not interested in supporting our venture and would rather have units empty for potentially years. We were very lucky to find Bizspace. They were amazing from the start, the area manager was very professional and could answer all our questions, we have now started our New business and have a great relationship with our landlords Bizspace, If your looking to start or move business then definitely give Bizspace a go as you will not be disappointed. We are now looking to be long term tenants, running a very successful company.
