GoogleAbsolute scam. Very unprofessional. Avoid this agency!!! Asked for a deposit before seeing the property. Not replying to my messages and emails after. Can't get the deposit back.

We are deeply saddened to have received a review of such nature - however we do not hold any record of your name anywhere on our systems - we believe you may have reviewed the incorrect Estate Agency - we also note 3 negative reviews have been posted at the same time with different brand new Gmail accounts, one of which includes your review. This raises suspicion our side on the integrity of this review - please kindly feel free to contact our office on 0208 530 7141 where we would be happy to assist you in regard to your comments. Thank you Birchills Estate Agents

GoogleToo many people viewing the property at the same time and it wasn’t very well presented (food left out in kitchen, laundry everywhere, unclean) but once we got one on one time with the agent, she was lovely.

GoogleRang up to inquire whether a property would accept dogs and the woman on the phone was so snappy. Really uncalled for.

Hi Charlotte - we understand how frustrating it must be that a large number of Landlords do not accept pets - If a landlord comes on with us who accepts pets we will come back to you for sure
