GoogleBirchill are nothing but helpful and professional. They have found me 2 properties within the last 2-3years. Their properties are high spec and they will ensure you have a smooth move in with all the relevant documents needed at a great price. Imam, Saif and the managing Director Peter are fabulous and I would recommend Birchills to anyone looking for a short/long term rental.

GoogleTerrible for tenants. They seemed to have no control over our landlord. They tried to retain almost £800 of our deposit, despite us having the property professionally cleaned and leaving it in perfect condition. We took the matter to the DPS who rewarded all but £25 of the disputed amount back to us. They are unprofessional and are trying to make money by keeping tenants deposits. Disgusting.

FacebookI have been a tenant for a few years now and cannot recommend these guys enough. Professional, friendly and above all they run a very prompt and organised service to their tenants whenever you have an issue with your property. Thank You Birchills, you have not disappointed.
