GoogleThe staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. They explain the fees very clearly so that there is no surprises. I got a discount on my first 8 weeks that I paid upfront. The space was larger than I had in mind. And had very good security systems. The storage rooms are nicely laid out and easy to navigate. All round I've had a good experience so far!

GoogleI was left waiting 45 minutes and had to call back several times whilst they worked out if they could lend me a trolley to go a few doors down the road for my stuff. Eventually the manager came on and was immediately stubborn, completely ignorant of his role of assisting new customers and his responsibility to his company of retaining new business. Unfortunately his ego prevailed and he has lost his business new custom over some nonsense about people stealing his trolleys. I would really think twice about using this place and trusting people like that until they sort their management out. The last thing you want when your shipping your stuff in and out (often already a tiring or stressful experience in general) is awkward and bureaucratic staff making up rules that make their bread and butter transactions more difficult. Just to add to his professionalism, he finally cancelled my storage after I pointed out he was a jobsworth (which in my mind is not rude or insulting when it's a factual description of his attitude).

GoogleEasy, direct, safe, everything is simple as it can be. The guys are are friendly and very helpful, espeically the guy that checked me in (forgot his name) and Maz (when i checked out) will use them again in the future

Moving into storage can be stressful for some of us, but thankfully Joseph dealt with all my concerns, and maintained a perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness. The customer service I had received gives me faith/trust in my goods being left in the right hands. Leave your stuff here guys!!

GoogleThis storage in Wapping gave me peace of mind during the 2020 lockdown, when I had to declutter my place to make space for a proper home office. The space is modern, very clean, and it feels very safe. It's located in a very convenient place if you are driving a van there. Warning: because of covid restriction, patrons are not allowed to use the toilet facilities.

GoogleTerrible experience, didn't even get to use the storage. The website gives you a price plus 50% disscount and when the time to pay comes you will pay the full price and more since they have hidden fees which are not visible in the website. I got an offer £80 for 8weeks and when paying the price was £170. Disgusting.

GoogleAmazing service received by the the Wapping team. All colleagues are extremely professional, friendly and helpful. It’s always a wonderful experience when I visit the locker. The loading bay is always neat and tidy. Staff are always available if you need a hand.

GoogleMaz walked me through the entire process and it's never been explained in a more simple manner. The whole experience felt a lot easier with the walkthrough. I went back at later time after the paper work and it was a breeze.
