GoogleNo surprise, hidden fees, great value for money as well as flexibility for size and length of stay. Special mention to Jason for being so helpful and spontaneously going to extra mile by wheeling one of my trolleys all the way to my unit!

GoogleStaff are not friendly to non-native English speakersππΌ Hidden chargeππΌ: The staff's mistake resulted in me not knowing about the half-price discount for 14 days. I ended up storing it for 13 days and was charged the full amount. Very bad rates.ππΌ β¦

GoogleGreat space to store your items, furniture or anything you need, different storage sizes for different needs. It is a very secure place with doors, codes, and locks for all different stages of your journey throughout the building, until you get to your space. I would totally recommend this place to locals and businesses nearby. Also, it is outside the congestion charge zone and the staff are very kind, proactive and knowledgeable about their products.

GoogleI recommend these guys with all my heart. Storage boxes in E1 area cheaper than outside London - who would have thought? Jahimur helped me throughout the process and had a really positive attitude and does his job with a smile on his face which I really appreciated (because that rarely happens these days). He was very helpful and patient at explaining everything and showing us multiple box rooms to choose the best one for us. Again, I highly recommend this place!

GoogleI easily recommend the Big Yellow storage at Wapping. First of all, it is conveniently located on the Highway in East London. Secondly, it offers a well-organised and maintaned, modern space for storage that offers adequate security and protection for goods. 5 weeks later and our stuff where dust-free as if we had just dropped them off. If you have a big number of items, I suggest you go for a more spacious room on their second building in the premises that is mainly used by professionals and offers additional security and a lot easier access. Lastly, staff are friendly, professional and good at their work.

GoogleI went to this place to collect something from someone else's locker,but I run out of battery. As I didn't know the area I asked the receptionist to charge my phone 5 min just to call my contact there and check how to get home. He refused, so I explained my situation on more detailed. He refused again "I can't do anything, is company policy". Completely careless, unbelievable.
