I had a wonderful experience with Justin and the team - they were incredibly helpful during my purchase. I would recommend them to anyone and they'll be my first port of call on any sale going forward.

Justin and his team are highly recommended. A very processional, honest and personal service. Always available and offering solutions when any problems occurred. Returned phone calls and emails very promptly. Will be my first port of call when I next need an estate agent.

Justin is simply one of the best estate agents in London. Supremely knowledgeable, easy to get along with, and always responsive. He is the only estate agent I work with anymore. Thanks Justin!

We had a great experience with Victoria - she had a deep knowledge of the area and was an effective conduit during negotiations, helping both sides come to a meaningful agreement and facilitating a very quick sale with no hitches! 🙂 …

The best estate agents in South London (and beyond)! Hands down, the best people we could have ever have dreamed of working with - and we had one of the most challenging of sales and relocations (everything went wrong!). They held our hands, gave the most sound and professional advice, were super hands-on and insanely efficient - and above all, they were really patient and kind. Better than any high street estate agent 100%. A superior bespoke service, for a fee that smashes the high street agent offering - 5 stars just isn’t enough!

Can't recommend Bhoday Estate Agents enough, from the outset they were incredibly positive and supportive. Their unique approach with engaging social media secured a sale price way above those quoted by other agents and only two weeks after going live! They were with us through every step of the process (including maintaining contact through a whatsapp group) helping to smooth the way and navigate the various challenges that often come with selling your home. Wish I could add more stars...

Our experience with Bhoday agents was exceptional. We found them knowledgable, professional and focused on achieving our goal, they were also a joy to deal with. Having previously been with a major London estate agent our ring highlighted they typically only spent 10 mins in our 3 bedroom property, where as Bhoday agents spent at least triple this time on viewings. The additional time and care spent on selling our property carried on after the price was agreed and this all lead to a successful sale in a challenging market. I would highly recommend using them.

I viewed two houses for sale with Justin and that's what convinced me I wanted him to sell my flat. His approach was relaxed and professional, incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the homes, and he took the time to help us come to a decision. Throughout the sale process he was supportive, very available, the photos he had taken of my flat were beautiful. He found solutions to tricky issues and kept the lines of communication open right to the end. I thoroughly recommend selling a property with Justin.

We have known Justin for over a decade as he has helped us build a property portfolio that culminated recently in the sale of our main property. What we felt throughout, and even before he was running his own show, was that we were dealing with a highly professional individual who was competent, trustworthy and totally dedicated to our cause. His sunny personality and warmth of character guaranteed the best result in all our sales and purchases! We would like to wish him the best of luck in the new phase of his professional career!

I have interacted over the past 10 years iwith a lot of estate agents in London when looking for my first house and more recently my flat. Most of my experiences have gone from bad to bearable. Justin operates in a complete different league. He is passionate about his work, because he deeply cares about his clients, and genuinely take interest in your project; he knows how buying a new place is a life changing event. He is very thoughtful, and knowledgeable about the area and the place. His energy is infectious, he is very personable and always available. I have trusted him all along and he has made the whole process a positive experience.

I would strongly recommend using Bhoday Estate Agents. Victoria handled my sale and was very professional, my home was listed and there was a buyer within a day. This was mainly due to her deep knowledge of the market and “on point” valuation. Victoria remained engaged and followed up with all parties, enabling a very smooth process. Most of all both Victoria and Jason are very approachable - answering any questions promptly and going “on and above” to help. It helps that this is a small family agent, all throughout the sale, I felt personally attended to. If there were more stars I would give them a 10!!

I recently sold my house in Streatham and wanted to share the fantastic experience I had with Bhoday - Bespoke Property Brokers. who throughout the whole process demonstrated a rare quality through their high level of integrity at all stages of the process. I've bought and sold several houses in my lifetime and was absolutely blown away. Throughout the process we received a very rigorous and highly professional service, with each step of the process being carefully explained in detail. Victoria Kingston-Bhoday's attention to detail and her knowledge of the house selling market is really on point, and she delivers in a personal and warm manner alongside immense integrity. I really felt the 'bespoke' nature of the service we received. At no time did I ever have to 'chase' any information from her or Bhoday - Bespoke Property Brokers, it was always passed to me ahead of expectations. I've moved from the area to a new city and my conveyancing solicitor even mentioned how impressed he was with their service. I feel they've set a very high bar, in terms of this profession and feel thankful that the service I required went a long way to keeping the usual stress levels associated with moving, at bay. I strongly recommend you explore your house selling or buying through them as they really did feel quite unique.

Javaid sold us our previous house 10 years ago, and we had no hesitation appointing him when it was time to move on. Bhoday's photos and particulars were top notch, but the real difference to most agencies is the time that Javaid and Justin spent at viewings, really giving potential buyers a chance to get to know the house rather than rushing them through. Also, at any time of day, any day of the week, just to make it easy for people to get through the door. Communication throughout was fantastic, and the advice always sensible and genuine. Seeing other agents in our chain, I always felt that we had by far the best working with us, and have absolutely no reservations recommending them.

The best estate agents I’ve ever dealt with. Kind, honest, and everyone - from the person a spoke to when I called up to book a viewing, to the person who showed me around - was SO friendly. So refreshing and such a pleasant surprise compared to other estate agents :)

I have sold and purchased many properties from Justin and Vicky and they are always true professionals devoted 100% to their clients. The level of service is proactive, friendly, patient, accurate, efficient and they are always on the ball when there are any twist and turns. They have achieved prices on the last couple of sales which I thought were unachievable in a very tricky market with good solid buyers. Being an overseas client, they go the extra mile to make sure things are in place that I cannot do whilst being abroad. The most important level of service they provide is TRUST. It is a very difficult trait to find in estate agents these days and I take my hat off to them once again. Do not hestitate to work with this Power Couple!

I was dreading the sale of our house. My heart sank every time I spoke with an estate agent. Then I spoke with Victoria and never looked back! We are SO PLEASED we decided to go with Bhoday Estate Agents, they truly represent estate agency for this world we live in. Victoria and her husband invested so much time in getting to understand our property and motivations and did an excellent job marketing our home, especially when it came to digital marketing, to ensure they brought only highly qualified and interested parties through the door. We had an offer within five or six weeks, at an especially difficult time as we were just coming out of lockdown. They stayed with us throughout the negotiation process and dealt with a number of challenging parts to the transaction with cool, experienced heads. They were an absolute pleasure to have worked with. If you want a positive, professional house sale experience, I could not recommend these guys more.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Absolutely brilliant! The team at KWBhoday estate agent exceeded my expectations. Justin‘s excellent communication skills, expertise and professionalism helped hugely in the stressful process of buying my flat in Stockwell. From start to finish, he was transparent and tenacious, going the extra mile to ensure the process was as smooth as possible. I would definitely use KWBhoday again and highly recommend to anyone buying or selling.

Victoria Bhoday of Bhoday Estate Agents is the most professional, reliable, honest, fair and punctual person I met during my property search in London. She has made easy the exhausting process of dealing with the counterparty agents and provided very knowledgeable support during the decision-making process. Undoubtedly, highly recommend Bhoday Estate Agents for the search, purchase and/or sale and would work with Victoria again.
